The side of your chin is hormonal (e.g. period), the middle of your chin can be linked to your kidney or bladder. I used to get a lot of blackheads around my lips and I realised that it was my lip balm that was clogging up my pores. I switched to a lighter lip balm and haven't encountered any issues! I hope this helps :)
