How to work the Cable Cast on

The Cable Cast-on is a strong and inflexible cast on that will give your cast on edge stability instead of stretchiness. Use this cast on method in places where strength is needed such as the back neck of raglan cardigans and top-down drop shoulder sweaters. This tutorial will show you how to work the Cable Cast-on.

I have looked at multiple videos and notice that some people twist the stitch when putting it on the left needle and some do not. Why don’t you twist yours?

great thank you, I finally worked out my cast on yesterday with my loosely spun yarn but the tutorial I followed had me twist the stitch, is this going to be a problem for the Wildhorse?
