In Texas, we call it chicken fried steak. I always pound out the cube steak first. Makes the steak look so much bigger and is a lot more tender. You can also dredge them and let them sit for 30 min to an hour before you fry so the coating sticks on really well.

And she bought a journal and a guest journal for there RV and when I saw that It made me think of you. Just thought it might be something you might be interested in doing. She said she'll just Wright about where they go and a lil bit about the adventures they have. Yes girl, I was the one to tell you about trying the Campbell's Cream of Chicken w/ Herbs soup. Also, make sure you try the Cream of Mushroom w/ Roasted Garlic, as well. The Cream of Mushroom w/ Roasted Garlic probably is the bigger game changer of the 2 but I just love them both!! I know how y'all love your garlic 😉. My green bean casserole was next level last year when I used the roasted garlic version. Now you've got me itching to go to Target at 2:30am 😂. I'm already having trouble sleeping but now I'll be up excited thinking about all the things!! I'm also over here hungry & drooling over that country fried steak!! It's absolutely one of my favorite meals. I soak my in Worcestershire Sauce or an A1/Worcestershire blend for a while before dreadging it. Adds such a yummy flavor to it! I always use my pie pans whenever I have to dredge chicken fingers or french toast or anything 😆 to get more use out of them feels good and they are the right size to fit most things. That tip about using the same seasoned flour for the gravy is a great idea!

Y'all are so cute! I just love you to pieces! You are right, what you made is Country Fried Steak. Cube steak is beef. Chicken Fried Steak is made the exact same way, but of course with chicken..... I don't eat beef anymore, but I love me some Chicken Fried Steak! I can't do instant mashed potatoes though...LOl! I do like the Bob Evans Mashed Potatoes though... You really can't tell them from homemade. My Mama used to take the cube steak and cut them up into Biscuit size pieces, and fry them up, just like you did. Then she took them out of the skillet and made a milk gravy, then she put the cube steak in with the gravy and let it simmer on low until the cube steak was really tender. We had it on biscuits, served with mashed potatoes and corn. (Back then we weren't very health-conscious.) But it sure was delicious! I have made it with pork steaks and that is good too. Love you, sweet Bunkys! 🍂🤎💛💚🧡🍁 PS: When you are a You Tuber you have to decorate for the seasons early, to give people ideas on what they want to do... You take down your Fall and start decorating for Christmas whenever you are good and ready. Lol! 🤗🤭

I live in Canada and I canNOT wear sweaters even though I love the look of it. When it's cold enough, if you go into the mall you sweat like crazy because the heat is on. Taking my Fall down next week!.. I put some in the camper because we camp at our Local State park FDR in Ga for Thanksgiving week. Then when we come home the house is all christmasfied!!
