I made it part of my new year's resolution to learn to say no as I've always been take for granted. And now at my new job, the ladies feel like I'm being stingy by not indulging them. I didn't even respond to them. They don't know where I'm coming from. I'm 100% focusing on myself and MY HAPPINESS.

"No" sometimes is what can actually save relationships... or push the ones who shouldn't be in your life out

Hahahahaha! As a older man i learnt years ago: While a woman is playing hard to get, playing mind games, making you jump hoops and whatnot, she is doing the opposite for her Mr Right even sleeping with him after the first date. She breaks all the rules for him. The thing is, she keeps you waiting as a 'Just in case something goes wrong"...You are her cushion because she knows you can do anything for her... Aaaand THAT'S WHY YOUR FIRST BORN IS BORN 2 WEEKS OR A MONTH EARLIER AND IN WORST CASE SCENARIO,2 MONTHS EARLIER. It's NOT your child! Guys have you ever seen a man and his wife and the child looks nothing like the guy like ZERO? So this story of playing hard to get is just her telling you :You are NOT the one until I need you for my convenience .SIMPLE! Thank me later guys :)

📚They need your weakness.... 1: Limit your sympathy. 2: No expectations without actual agreements. 3: Embrace reasonable conflict & pain. 4: Say NO, for no actual reason sometimes. 5: Set Boundaries & Standards
@pontianekakoro17372 жыл бұрын
These are universal lessons that everybody needs to learn early because they apply in all aspects of our lives. Unfortunately, not everybody picks them up in good time and it leads to many conflicts. Important points that resonated with me included: 1. Everybody is dispensable, including myself. Imagine infants do survive when their biological mothers die off, why can't you survive without anyone else? I always remind myself of this fact by recalling that no matter what happens in our personal lives, the sun still rises in the East and sets in the West everyday at its appointed hour to the microsecond. To imagine therefore that we are indispensable to other people is absolute b*llcrap. 2. Saying no and accepting no from other people is very good for everyone because it brings freedom to focus on other things 3. Most people are users. Most of the people we think are friends are actually not friends but people who use us for their own good. The day they find a better alternative or someone they can manipulate more easily, they will dump you like a hot potato. 4. Nowadays when asked for a favor, I ask myself if the person asking would do the same for me if I were the one asking. If the answer is a No or a hesitant Yes, then I simply refuse

I had an ex that suffered from severe mental health issues. She would self harm in the relationship and I tried my hardest to give her love in the beginning and tried to give her a different perspective of a good guy, but it felt like it was never enough. It would fuck up the trajectory of our 2 1/2 year relationship. Even when things were getting better, meaning we weren’t arguing as much, she would eventually lose attraction for me. It was trauma bonding at its finest. The closest we were romantically was when we were going through rough times. We would get into a very uncomfortable situation and then we’d reach an understanding and we would love on each other. It was so fucked up. When we got comfortable, the spark was gone. I felt like I was hungrier for her love when I had something to prove.

I am grateful for what you do here. As a typical 'Nice Guy', I have lost so much of my finances, time & myself over the years. But last year, I got the biggest blow to my personality because I wanted to make others' lives easier. To cut it short, I first saw your videos on TikTok and they have been very helpful. You are doing an amazing job. Stay Awesome!!

Great tips! What you might need to do sometimes - is eliminate all the “negative people” from your life - like right now, if you haven’t done so already. If someone is not “adding value” to your life, meaning - bringing anything to the table, you need to cut them off! And surround yourself with people - who will help you get to where you want to be, and grow as an individual! Anyway, that’s my two cents. -Carlos Verde - Dating Tips

To be honest…. What I found out to be a great tool to put your foot down when you feel you’re being walked on (Taken Advantage of) is to simply let them know you feel you’re being taken advantage of in those exact words….. You’ll be surprised of the person response if they genuinely care about you and the friendship they have with you.

Tip 5 hit me soooo hard. I was an emotional dumping ground for everyone. Because I'm a natural healer. I often attracted a lot of people who had issues in their lives. And they bring me a lot of negative energy. I would try to heal them and fix their issues and had forgotten I needed to work on myself first. I became engulfed in their negative energies that I also became very negative.
