Jesse, This has been my theme song for quite a long time probably over 8months. I listen to it a lot in the car driving to work for night shift . Yesterday, Halloween 🎃 of all dates, I drove to the courthouse to sign my divorce papers from a marriage that lasted 25 years 30 all together with dating. Played your song twice driving in a 10min drive. I attempted to do the "dress to kill" with a nice navy blue outfit: shirt and pants, hair curled, makeup on, navy boots with a heel. Yes he did LOSE me years and years ago. As I muttled through it broke my heart that our marriage with our 2 children just wasn't working, lots of hurtful comments, and surely hadn't been right for many years. I sacrificed my happiness for years on end to raise the kids still while married. Some people cut ties and get our early perhaps they have much more wisdom than I do. Our kids are 17 and 21 now so in a much better mature and independent place. And yes he can only "blame yourself." I am not perfect but maybe someday he will realize what the heck he did to this family. Not sure. Can only hope. We had all and everything fell apart. Thank you for this wonderful song that sums up how I feel in my heart. I love your strut in the video beyond confident and sassy. Perhaps I should try to get the dance moves down and strut too WITH you. You are a beautiful person and mom I have seen a few "shorts" videos with your kiddos and hubby. Despite your fame and truly hard work you seem very humble. Your home in this video is simply stunning. Although I don't have a house like at all, my kids have our house with me still to start this new chapter of our life. It's "OVER HALLELUJAH" Amen to that. So grateful to God everyday for his Hope, Strength, and Peace. For anyone out there who is in a similiar situation never give up hope for it is always there, stay safe especially for your kids if you have kids, push forward, life is too short to be unhappy. MOVE ON. Thanks so much for this amazing song. I will keep playing it.

My 4 year old Daughter has been listening to Jessie since the womb. I would always play her “Mama Wrote You A Lullaby” then when she was a baby and toddler I’d always play her “Pretty Girl” and she loves “Flip My Hair” and our favorite song to belt out together “Almost Over You”. We got her Daddy to promise to take us to her concert if she ever comes to Scottsdale. Today she was so excited that Jessie had a new song. I purchased it off iTunes and she had me play it multiple times. I love this song! I like that in my mind you can relate this to so many things other than just a break up.
