It was fun to see this side of Lilia. She had me laughing and smiling as she smack talked with the different characters. Priceless!!😁😁 Your children have been very blessed to get to experience both of the Disney parks and going to other theme or action type parks and places. I wish my parents had taken us when we were kids when it was much much cheaper than now. We went on vacations that took us to most states along the east coast where we had family and friends and got to explore mountains ,waterfalls, caves and caverns because Dad wasn’t a beach person due to his very fair skin which burned in mere minutes. Our grandparents and 99% of Mom’s family lived/lives in Florida where she grew up in Coral Gables so every few years we drove down to visit them for Christmas and we generally stayed for a month so that we could actually visit with our extended family who live in various areas in Florida. My Dad’s family eventually settled in an area near where Mom lived because his sister was part of a young adults group at the church my Mom’s family attended and she was friends with my Mom. His sister introduced them. He was finishing up his degree in Electrical Engineering following WWII and she was working at one of the family’s businesses. When I was 2-3 years old we did a trip out west to see the Grand Canyon, the Pueblos, Yellowstone National Park, and more as we made our way up into Canada where we visited the city our Great Great Grandfather helped establish when he immigrated to Manitoba Canada. A large branch of that side of the family still live in the various provinces of Canada (most still speak French as well as English) We went to meet up with them for a family reunion and to go to the World Fair being held up there. I only have a few memories about that trip though I know most of the stories about our adventures. My funny and scary memory is of me being in my stroller and I was terrified by two people who were dressed in all black with only a tiny strip of white along the black veil that covered their head and hair. It was my Aunt Margeurite, who is a nun and was wearing the traditional black habit that Dominican nuns wore back then. I had never seen her in her habit before. She was traveling with a couple of other nuns so that she could attend the reunion. To put it in perspective it was like having two people dressed like Darth Vader or 2 Sith lords standing over you as a toddler. I have many amazing memories and experiences from all of the trips and adventures we did as a family after the age of 3. Which I cherish even more now that none of my Grandparents, parents, my eldest sister and a number of other family members who are no longer with us here physically. If you can print out pictures from the clips you filmed or create digital ones have them put together in a book to document this special trip with your girls. You could easily go back through your photos to create a number of books about the different trips and events that you and your family have experienced over the last 12 years. We are in the process of converting slides dad took into digital format so that we can print out the pictures we want and share them with my 6 remaining siblings.
