It makes me so happy that you and the boys liked Expedition Everest so much! It's by far my favourite Disney ride out of the ones I've ridden (I'm from Ontario so it's closer for us to go. Hopefully one day I can go California and the rest of the parks throughout the world. but now only Florida) I used to be terrified of roller coasters and heights but then I decided to take a chance by riding Everest and I loved it. Ever since then I've loved roller coasters through and through!

My husband and our daughter both love that ride, too - she was five the first time she rode it...TWICE! But her all-time favorite Disney World ride is Space Mountain--during Magic Hours one year, she just kept getting off and getting back on until 1:00am!!!

We were in Disney for my daughter's make a wish & it was her birthday. Just after we walked into the park we passed one of the floats with a band & singing & the singer said Happy Birthday Juliette through the microphone so everyone around started saying it but she absolutely loved it.

I would definitely say Animal Kingdom is a half day park, last time my family and I went we did all the rides we wanted in the morning, we didn’t watch any shows because we have watched them before a couple times and everyone was kind of over it. And I did ended up going 4 times on the Expedition Everest. It’s a nice park to have a calm day specially if you’re gonna watch the shows.

Agree about Animal Kingdom! Festival of the Lion King always give me chills, Flight of Passage and Expedition Everest are my favorites. Dinoland could be so much more and is totally ready for refurbishment. Pizza Safari has great food. Glad everyone enjoyed it!

I DoorDash and the reason you have trouble there is likely because it’s usually not much money for the amount of trouble you go through to get parking and get approved to go actually deliver the food to the room. It’s also difficult to find rooms in hotels sometimes. Usually easier to go to houses!

Animal Kingdom is my favorite park. I love all the shows (especially festival of the Lion King) I wish Disneyland would change the Matterhorn ride to be like Expedition Everest. Then again I think Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, and (Haunted Mansion during Halloween and Christmas) are better at Disneyland. Anyways can’t wait to see the rest of your Disney blogs 😊

You should stay at Old Key West in one of their dedicated 2 bedroom villlas. It has a king bed in one of the bedrooms with a big bathroom. A full kitchen,living room, laundry room and the second bedroom has 2 queen beds and it’s own bathroom. Very roomy for a large family! Also, a sleeper sofa in the living room and a single sleeper chair in the livingroom

before covid if you had a birthday pin sometimes cast members would give you some extra magic and give you a treat or something for free 😭 at epcot in club cool we walked in, they saw my pin and said "oh it's your birthday! did you know that you get a free icee drink on youe birthday? mom can get one too!" it's so sweet. We saw the plane writing in the sky as well. I have a friend who works at WDW and she said the guy that does it, is some retired rich guy who does it for fun and he does it pretty much weekly. We rode Everest back to back as well! It’s one of our favorites! And we tried to DoorDash Taco Bell too, we stayed at Art of Animation and it kept canceling after it processed. I think they just don’t like delivering to hotels? Or maybe we had the same dasher who canceled them lol. Because I saw in a FB group that people were DoorDashing food !
