Dyeing My Hair Lavender / Pastel Purple 💜

► After bleaching my roots, it was time to dye my hair again! This time, instead of my usual pastel pink hair, I decided to try out a lavender / pastel purple mixture that I created using Arctic Fox's Virgin Pink and Poseidon diluted with conditioner. The result was a lavender to pastel pink gradient with a hint of silver and I actually love it!

It might be a good idea to make your hair dye a little bit darker that what you want to so the color doesn't wash out so quickly and you avoid it getting silver

That's what I always do but for this particular color I wanted it very light so I could get rid of it quickly if I didn't like it. Turns out I like it! So maybe next time I'll go a bit darker :)

I think when you put one colour all over and it picks up different existing shades of blonde in your hair it looks so much better than all over block of one colour!

I want to use this mix for my hair. My hair rn is a ash blonde I toned it with Wella T14. Would you recommend to mix the colors darker? Thanks!

I can't say for sure if that'll work because I've never tried it on that color hair and I'm not a hairstylist. I would say just go for it and see what happens! That's the good part of demi-permanant dyes..if you don't like it, it'll be gone soon anyway lol

So the lavender faded to pink after about two weeks and then back to blonde in a month

It is but I mixed it with Virgin pink, which made a lavender color
