It was the cullmenation of a shared dream of Bill Gather and Bishop T D Jakes to bring together artists from black, southern, country, Hispanic, & bluegrass Gospel music in a joint celebration of our Christian heritage. It is captured on two DVD's titled "We Will Stand" & "Build A bridge".

It was filmed in March of 2003. Both Jake and Vestal Goodman died before the release of this video and its sister video, We Will Stand. Jake and Vestal only died a week apart, Jake of a long case of heart disease and Vestal of pretty much the flu.
