Alex Trebek did and Pat Sajak hosted that particular episode of Jeopardy! and vice-versa on WOF, Tom Kennedy and Bob Barker, swapped times of day on TPIR once, Dick Clark swapped with Bill Cullen and much later Donny Osmond on their respective versions of the Pyramid. Drew Carey changed from model to contestant at least once on TPIR under his command

My only gripe is that he seemed a bit loud when repeating the clue in the Sprint round. Chuck repeats it in more of a mumble. Marc was more startling, imo.

Had Card Sharks dealer Suzannah Williams made a cameo during that week or episode anyway, there would have been two mini game show reunions: Bill Rafferty (Card Sharks, Syndicated, 1986 - 1987) and also, John Davidson & Charlie Tuna (Time Machine, NBC, 1985).

This was the first time I ever saw Marc Summers wearing a suit. On Double Dare, he wore a suit jacket, shirt, tie and jeans. On Couch Potatoes, he wore sweaters and (I believe) slacks.

@Gmaspoiledbrat or GSN could license it like they have with other Freemantle owned properties back in the day. I doubt they would tho. GSN has been more focused on creating their own content in-house. I don't even watch GSN anymore as i see it as a shell of it's former self. Buzzr is my go to.

Nickelodeon could have done this version of Scrabble or the Pyramid back in the day abd a good chance of succeeding, both had kids tournaments so no need for a pilot. Both Chuck Woolery and Dick Clark hosted them so no need for kid-friendly hosts

Daytime TV on ABC and NBC for the most part has been crap since game shows haven't been on on daytime. NBC revive Scrabble and Concentration, ABC should revive two game shows during the day use Press Your Luck and maybe Card Sharks since they are on prime time during the summer on ABC.

I was in the audience of a taping of Scrabble in 1984. By the show’s end, we still could not figure why this game was called Scrabble. It bore not the slightest resemblance to the legendary board game. The name was attached to it as a promotional move, no doubt.
