Thank you so much about your teaching. You bring me back to the old testament in order to understand the message in the new testament. Though I am still confused, but I wish someday I could have a bigger picture about the quoting in the new testament. The picture is interesting... Joseph is much older than Mary, with gray hair. This is what tradition says, as opposed to them both being young when betrothed. Some traditions say Joseph was much older and married Mary in order to be a protector for her as she had been raised in the temple and could no longer stay there when she became a young woman.
