Thank you Pastor Otabil for clarifying that " the curses of our past, particularly curses of our ancestry cannot pursue us into our future if we're in Christ." I hear a lot of Pastors preaching on for eg. You Tube, about generational curses and how it pursues Christians to the 3rd & 4th generation unless they break these curses. I see daily prayer points to break generational curses and regular calls made by Pastors to people who I presume have given their lives to Christ ( i.e their congregation) for deliverance of these curses. Hearing you say that these curses cannot pursue us into our future if we are in Christ is a huge relief to most people. I agree with you that if you are in Christ you must believe that Jesus Christ who was crucified, died and rose again, has paid the price for our sins and made us whole again. He has redeemed us from all generational curses ! Amen.
