CHRIST'S ministry was 1 year. The passover lamb has to be 1 year old. Isaiah 61: 1-2, mainly 2. Also in Luke HE quoted that same Scripture then HE sat down, notice HE did not mention about the day of vengeance. HE only spoke of what HE came to do and told us how long HE was here to do it. That saying, let me hear what you have to bring. 🙏🏾 Okay, thank you. I loved how you went in depth with some things. My understanding came from reading Scripts and looking at precepts, I was blown away. For years I'm telling people it's only a year, but only a handful examined the Scripts and believed.

Thank you for this teaching. For me this teaching is a “wow” yet it makes sense (regarding that Christ Jesus’ ministry is not 3.5 years but rather a year cycle or a year plus). - the idea that Christ Jesus walks out the feasts completely sounds natural to me. - the tying an anchor to feeding of the 5000 across the gospels as a common data point to connect the gospels as all overlapping makes sense in general imo (this is a key data point). Now when i re-read the gospels, i will need to think of it anew from this perspective to validate. For me, the one point which is a bit heartbreaking is that if John 6:4 is an insert, then why would Heavenly Father allow that in the Bible in the first place. I get that scripture is always attempted to be changed by the enemy in wording or even words (even retroactively in written words), but I always have had the Holy Spirit to correct the wording and the meanings. However, with John 6:4 being inserted, the confirmation from Holy Spirit would be something like “just ignore that whole verse, it was placed there to confuse you” … 😢 … then my next question to Holy Spirit is: i thought You were just correcting corruptions for me, but this is new … You are telling me that the Bible has completely false statements in it that cannot be corrected, but instead need to be excised out … or cast out. So does the Bible have demonic scriptures in it? If John 6:4 is not from God, then it is from the enemy. If the Bible is not 100% pure in the bare bones of it (even if words are changed, or emoticons are added, or grammar is changed), i could work with that. But now the new twist is that i need to consider that entire scriptures (John 6:4), need to be bound and cast out like a wicked spirit. This is what is troubling for me. This insight, that John 6:4 is a demonic insert, completely destroys the idea that the Bible is pure. So now i am left with: “The Bible is pure, with the exception of John 6:4 which is an insert from the enemy.” 😢 Lots to think about here imo. Thanks for telling me that an entire verse was an insert. (Reminds me of when my neighbor told me when i was a young child that Santa Claus was not real …). If Messiah was cut off ‘after 69 weeks’, is this right at the end of 69 or a year into the 70th week? What do we do with the remaining week of portion thereof?

See I think this is the grounding statement. We’re told 70 7s (490years) If there are 7+62 weeks until Messiah the Prince, takes us to 69weeks(483years) Jesus then confirms the Covenant with many for 1 week but is ‘cut off’ in the ‘Midst of the week’ Half of 7=3.5 Should bring you to 486.5 years of the 70 weeks/490yr prophecy. I believe there is a ripple effect in this scripture, I believe Jesus was cut off in the middle of the 7000yr long ‘week’, the middle of the 70th week, in the middle of the actual week,(day4/Wednesday) on Passover in a Jubilee year. Hopefully that makes sense

He was cut off after the 69 week, meaning he was killed sometime during the 70th week. In the midst of that week. Not at the beginning and not at the end, but somewhere between those two points. (Midst). Steven was killed at the end of the 70th week.

@Project Truth Ministries Not a bad video, though your points are a bit scattered. The "Acceptable year of the Lord" argument is a bit more nuanced to argue as it relates to the jubilee year. The _John 6:4_ passage can easily be explained if you know that the Law of Moses permits only one make-up Passover if the person misses the first one in the *14th Day* of the *1st Month* because of a long journey or uncleanness from touching a dead body, or something else which would make you unclean, and allows you to observe it on the *14th Day* of the *2nd Month* therefore: _Year 1 = 30th Year of Jesus_ *1st Month = Passover* *2nd Month = Passover* *3rd Month = Pentecost* *7th Month = Trumpets* *7th Month = Day of Atonement* *7th Month = Tabernacles* *9th Month = Hanukah* *10th Month = Hanukah* *12th Month = Purim* _Year 2 = 30th Year of Jesus_ *1st Month = Passover* The tenth month is included because Hanukah begins at the end of the last month of fall which is the *25th Day* of the *9th Month* and ends on the first month of winter in the *1st Day* of the *10th Month.* Otherwise you can see that fitting three Passovers in one year is possible and shows that _John 6:4_ can be defended. In closing though I'd say I really like your simple chronological approach with John's Gospel to prove the one year ministry of Jesus. You cannot figure it out from the information given. What is not considered is that he could not have ministered during winter, plus the time it took to travel different places. The transfiguration was supposed to have taken place near Mt. Hermon, in the far north. One year is ridiculously short in this context. If the "day of the Lord" can last for one year (one day = one year in Daniel), the the year of the Lord can last for 3.5 years.

It's very easy to prove as John lays out his ministry using feast days as markers. 6:4 is an obvious addition to the text as you can see by him feeding the multitudes leaven bread. Even with the addition of John 6:4 if you follow it chronologically you only get 2 years and a few months. The removal of John 6:4 would put his ministry around a year possibly 70 weeks.

I had been made aware of the question of the length of Jesus' ministry from a book by Charles A.L. Totten and Howard B. Rand called The Gospel of History. The book suggests that Jesus' ministry lasted only 62 weeks. From the book: "Thus, from John's baptism of Jesus, to His crucifixion, there was a soli-lunar year of 62 weeks, as stated by Professor Totten." This subject is quite fascinating. Yes, you can fit years into a week. The Bible calls 7 days a week. It also calls 7 years a week. Leviticus 25:8 “You shall count seven weeks of years, seven times seven years, so that the time of the seven weeks of years shall give you forty-nine years." 7 years = one week of years as opposed to one week of days.

Jesus had to keep a low profile until his time to begin his ministry, choosing apostles, teaching them, and where he would preach from, Galilee. His Mother asked him to make wine, but Jesus said, His hour hadn't come [to begin his ministry]. But he went ahead and began it. In the middle of the covenant (70th week) he would abolish the sacrifices by fulfilling the atonement. But if the 70th week wasn't fulfilled, neither was Moses' prophecy of 70 weeks, nor the minor and major prophets that prophesied of the abomination of Desolation and Jacob's Trouble. In the middle of the 70th week, the jews were sacrificing a lamb and rejecting Yeshua. I agree 100%, at 4:00 you say the Messiah will make a covenant for one week and will be cut off in the midst of the week. Your 1 year does not reach the middle of the week. Daniel & Revelation is all about the 1,260 days, 42mos, 3-1/2yrs; which follows suit for the day-for-a-year which you easily accepted for ALL the other weeks of Daniel’s prophecy. No workie 1yr. “Christ’s” covenant is for 1 week, even after dying on the cross mid-week.

Well it says that the man came to the fig tree three years and it did not produce. That does not mean that the fig tree is three years old. It could be three years old. And for a fig tree to produce it takes about three years to get the fruits producing. The first year is no fruit. Second year is a little bit of fruit. and by the third year it should be producing. However this one... did not. But the point was to do all the options before you give up... The last action to take was to give it fertilizer. And then see if it works. If it doesn't then cut down the fig tree. And that's the message: trees that bare fruit are people. Try all the options and if it still does not bare fruit... give up on it. move on to find trees (people) that do bare fruit.

Yeshua/Jesus is also our Sabbath. Our 7th Day of Rest that we enter into by believing in Christ's Atonement work on the Cross. Our 1000yrs of Peace. For one day unto the Lord is as a 1000yrs! Well it is Eusibus who states 3 and a half years. The addition of John 6:4 makes it 2 and a half years. So textually there is no 3 and a half years. So yes you are picking up on a problem. Removing of John 6:4 that many early church agreed that it was added, will then give you a just over a year ministry. That matches up with first and second century church fathers who said Yeshua Jesus ministry was just over a year.

Most scholars put the 15th year of Tiberius' reign at 29 A.D. with year 1 starting in 14 A.D. So that would put it past Yeshua's ministry happening from 27-28 A.D in the video. I go along with the 1-year (70 week) ministry, but I'm unsure when it actually started.

@steveabraham8847 I do Daniel 9 debates and I am writing a book on it. I completely reject this 70 week ministry. The language in Daniel 9 says "sabuim" not weeks. It is "sevens". This term is used for sabbatical cycles. Those "early fathers" were ignorant of Jewish customs. The Church of Rome was trying to create replacement theology. Some of them were trying to take the word "sevens" and thought it was a sevens of days. But in Daniel 10:3, it specifically says "sevens of days" when it means a week. If it does not say days, then it is a 7 year cycle. Tishrei 457 bc to tishrei 34 ad is the beginning and the end of 490 years. 31 ad Wednesday april 25th was the crucifixion. If we take out John 6:4, then John 2:13 and John 7:2 must be removed as well.

Passover in John 2:13 was in AD 30. Passover in John 11:55 was AD 34. The Church fathers are without authority because they rejected the Sabbath and other commandments Yeshua taught us to keep. I point out that John 6:4 was certainly part of the original texts, and to claim the evidence points in the other direction is false.

Luke 3:1 requires John to begin his ministry in AD 29 and Yeshua in AD 30. Only AD 34 fits with three days and three nights and the resurrection on the Sabbath day at dawn. a "one year" ministry is a chronological dead end. It does not fit the facts.

At 10:15, the video says the lamb was to represent the nation of Israel. The sacrifice for the day of atonement was to represent Israel, not the passover. Same with the high priest saying it is finished. This video mixes the feasts.

The Great last Day is considered part of Sukkot (Tabernacles). Hannakah is not a mandated feast of God. It is just a traditional celebration of the Jewish people. There are only 7 Feasts of YHWH which are commanded for us to participate in and celebrate.

The last great day is at the end of sukkot but technically it is a separate holiday. Traditionally they considerate it one whole thing but it is not. Sukkot is 7 days and then its over. Hannukah isnt found in the new testament. It simply says "the festival of lights". And this feast took placed directly after winter came. In the bible, only 2 seasons are ever mentioned, summer and winter. 6 months each. Winter becan in the middle of the 7th month. What this verse for the festival of lights is refering to. It was the feast on Tabernacles. Where the olive harvest took place and was commanded to be gathered. The olives produced light for their lamps throughout the darkness of winter. This is why the feast of tabernacles was NICKNAMED the festival of lights, called hannukah in hebrew. It is NOT refering to the helinized greek jew festival of hannukah that takes place later in the year. And you listed the feasts all wrong. Leviticus 23 lists 8 total, but calls them MOEDIM in hebrew. People want to hide the fact that the hebrew translation labels the 7th day sabbath as a MOEDIM, TWICE. Why? Because psalm 104:19 and Ecclesiasticus 43:6-8 commands that all MOEDIM be appointed by the moon.

Hannukah is in the New Testament: John 10:22-23 Feast of Dedication. Thats Hannukah. There is no debating that. Hannukah is a historical remembrance, it is not a Biblical commanded feast. Pagans all around the world celebrated the dying of the light (sun) and so you are conflating different things together. The Pagans would put out lights in the winter, have festivals of light to bring back or help out the sun. Hannukah was the rededication of the temple gotten back from the Greeks. Over the years it has changed to be about light and Hannukiah etc. Tabernacles was either called Sukkot or a catch all term for "the feast." I hope you're not on the lunar sabbath calendar.. if you are you need to study the origins. That comes from ancient Babylon.

The feast of tabernacles was called the festival of lights, because it was the olive harvest, which provided the Israelites oil for their lamps. Jesus specificly said it had JUST turned winter when this festival took place. Winter on the hebrew lunisolar biblical calendar begins on the 15th day if the 7th month. That us the EXACT starting point of the feast of tabernacles. It couldn't have been what hellinistic jews refer to as hanukah, because their festival doesnt begin for another 3 months. Even the hellinistic book of the macabees, written 200 years before christ, states that their hanukah took place on the 24th/25th day of the 9th month on the jewish calendar. The new testament specificly said this festival of LIGHTS took place in the middle of the 7th month. They are clearly 2 seperate events being spoken of. And yes, in ancient times, the feast of tabernacles was nicknamed the festival of lights, which is the word hanukah in the hebrew language.

@@-kepha8828 I don't really understand what your getting at. your kinda just rambling about things. The Jewish calendar is not the calendar that was used in the time of Yeshua. That calendar was the Creators calendar that was started when Joshua came into the land. The Hillel II, which is the Jewish calendar is wrong. It is only correct once every 4 years on average and sometimes completely off a month. The Rabbis subtracted 240 1/2 years from it and that moved the start of the year from April time to Fall. This is openly admitted by the Rabbis and they say we know its wrong but when the Messiah comes he will get us back on the correct calendar. The Gospels all align with the feeding of the 5,000 and with that alignment you can see almost all the stories are focused on the feast. When Yeshua is at the feast of dedication (commemorating the Dedication of Soloman's Temple and the Maccabean Rededication) it is only after He had already celebrated the Feast of Tabernacle. So that is proof that the Feast of Dedication comes after Tabernacle.

Christ was certainly symbolized by the lamb on the cross but He was also symbolized by the red heifer which also had some age requirements and couldn't be much older than than three years. The red heifer was offered outside the temple on the Mount of Olives likely at or close to where Christ was at in Gethsemane which symbolized his atonement there. The point is that the age isn't as important as Christ's sacrifice, offering and death for all. Christ was the Great High Priest. The first part of His path through the redemption followed that of the High Priest. The age of a priest was reached at a mature age often considered about 30 years old. There is a great deal of symbolism in the red heifer sacrifice and offering. The priest and the red heifer had to walk together to the Miphkad altar on the Mt of Olives without the priest pulling or prodding the heifer to go. Just as Christ acting as both the Great High Priest and the unblemished offering itself went willingly to Gethsemane. At the altar the priest would sacrifice the heifer and take the blood and with great the drops falling from his hand sprinkle it on the ground towards the Holy of Holies the mercy seat of the temple. In so doing the priest himself became unclean as a symbol of how Christ took upon himself our uncleanliness. This sacrifice was unique as it was a sin offering but the only offering required to totally and completely be burned with nothing saved off for other purposes. The ashes were then used mixed with water to purify from the affects of death. From that beginning moment in Gethsemane Christ's role changed from High Priest to His final role as lamb where He was then taken, stripped, scourged and then offered on the cross, the lamb of God. The sacrifice and offering of the red heifer could be viewed as a competing account as the age of the heifer is more closely tied to a three year ministry if so viewed. Or, maybe neither the age of the lamb or the red heifer are important or critical or even related to the length of Christ's ministry and what is important is what Isaiah said, because of what Christ did on the Mount of Olives, every mountain or hill of sin is made low. An because of Christ was lifted up on Calvary in the valley below, every valley (every body) shall be raised up.

Isa 62 says to proclaim "The year of the Lord" the day of vengeance which are one and the same as expounded on in Isa 63-65. Isa 62 does not say to proclaim for a year. What was Jesus preaching? Repent for the Kingdom of God is at hand.

It is being claimed that the ministry of Jesus was only one year and all of the 70 weeks in Daniel's prophecy has been fulfilled. Most of the prophecy teachers today base their teaching on the idea that the last week of Daniel's 70 week prophecy has not been fulfilled. They use that 70th week as the basis for their teaching that the coming 7 year peace treaty with the Antichrist will be the 70th week. They also claim that the entire 7 year period (the 70th week) is the great Tribulation to come - so they say the Tribulation is 7 years long. Now do you understand why it matters according to the author of this video? I am not saying I totally agree with him - just trying to answer your question since no one else did.

While it's all an interesting exercise, at the end of the day, the promise of a renewed heart thru the gifts of the Holy Spirit are at the center of the gospel. For myself, the whole 'prophecy' thing is a distraction from the point of the gospel which is just to be transformed in following Christ, regardless of how and when our time on earth ends.

Yes, you are right, to follow Christ is priority. I do fear for you my brother. When His followers asked the Lord Jesus about the future the first thing He said was to beware of deceivers. He warns us in His Word that the great deceiver is coming and His followers must be on guard not to be deceived. The wicked One will do miracles and deceive many, even believers. The believers at Corinth had been deceived into beliving they had missed the resurrection and rapture. They were very scared. Paul reminded them about the prophecy he had taught them and that the time was not yet. And then God said thru Paul - comfort each other with these words. There is comfort in prophecy if we understand it correctly. It is estimated that 1/4 to 1/3 of the scriptures are prophecy, some fulfilled, some to be fulfilled. It will be to our peril if we ignore that much of the scriptures. The Word says they would not have crucified Christ if they had understood the prophecies. Jesus fulfilled dozens of prophecies from the Old Testament that the leaders should have known but they did not and they killed the Son of God. Be careful if you think you can survive the coming deception without knowing the prophecies.@@markgeraty8558

The wide divergence in such interpretation across too many groups to count demonstrates that the authority is self delegated and in the end is not from Christ or his Church. Now remake make another proving that the ministry was only 1.5 years in qualification as the sacrificial lamb had to be of one year but no more than two years. His ministry was 70 weeks, 490 days. The book of John minus 6:4 proves it. There was no Passover nigh in John 6:4. Passover is in the first Biblical month of Aviv. Exodus 12:2. John chapter 6 is the feeding of the 5,000 which occured at the end of summer just before the Feast of Sukkot or Tabernacles. If there were a Passover at this time, why is Yeshua and His disciples on a mountain in the Galilee? The Torah says all males 12 and older are to be in Jerusalem for the Passover/Unleavened Bread. Actually the extra passover you talk about was a 2nd Passover celebrated 1 month later as testified by the Essene calendar that was discovered in the Dead Sea scrolls this was done for those who were sick or out of town at the time and was even commanded in the Torah I think Numbers so John has not been corrupted and John also is perfect chronologys showing a ministery of 1 year

All the early church fathers either quote John without John 6:4 or they debate about how they don’t think it belongs. Also the Hebrew New Testament project which I’m a part of his show that John has 60 inserts. An example is anywhere it says “the Jews” that is an insert that doesn’t belong. And in the Greek it is third person plural in a first person sentence, so we always suspected it. Now we have proof. John needs cleaning up and when this project comes out to the world it will reveal so much. Specifically about the gospel of John and it’s textual issues.

Here’s another ‘not’ to add to your series. Pentecost is not the same as Shavuot. Clue: At Pentecost when the spirit came upon them, they were accused of being drunk on ‘new/sweet’ wine. Grapes are harvested in the fall (late Aug-September) therefore Pentecost cannot be in the Spring/Summer (May-June) as we have been taught. Read the scriptures carefully, after His resurrection, Jesus was here longer than 40 days and although bible tradition calculates a 10 day gap between His ascension and the spirit falling, there is no actual day count recorded.

Your ignorant of the truth. Jesus ministry lasted for exactly 1260 days. The two witnesses John and Daniel will arrive on the scene in Jerusalem in 2027 CE. They will replicate the ministry of Jesus and be killed at the midpoint during the Feast of Weeks in 31 AD. Then ascend to heaven on the last day of the weeklong feast in 2031 CE.
