I just saw a video compilation of Iran's "missiles" falling on Israel in the night sky. I put that word in quotes because they looked like stars falling. The bible verse sprung to mind. I remember years ago somebody showed some war planes or helicopters that resembled locusts and claimed that John was seeing modern technology. It was an interesting perspective. Often I think Revelation is being used as a script, which, in my humble opinion, could actually be inadvertently fulfilling scripture. I don't believe the bible says God is doing these things, so much as allowing it as His Judgement!

@@thenetisthebeast6910 I'm not sure how you read "god is the devil" from John 8:44 Jesus is telling them clearly, you are of your father the devil, because they spoke lies. Jesus, on the other hand, spoke only truth. Jesus is the way the truth and the life, and the ONLY way to the Father. Satan is the father of lies, while Father God is the Father of Truth. So, when you see "pastors" preaching a mixture of truth and lies, most likely, their god is themselves, and they should be avoided. If you want the actual Truth, pray that the Holy Spirit will instruct and teach you as you read His Word without any preconceptions, or religion. Come as a child, and He is faithful to answer.

Greetings, this message is sent in love. Hebrews/Jews wrote the scriptures; they speak metaphorically, hyperbolically and apocalyptically. If a person reads the bible in a literal lens, they will never understand the scriptures, never. Christ was no different in his use of language. Eat my flesh and drink my blood. He lost many followers that day, because they did not want to become cannibals. Hate your mother and father, taken literally, seems like he is speaking out of both sides of his mouth. Anyone who has read the bible, every word, every sentence, a few times, will quickly realize the use of language. Stars falling, heavens rolling up, elements on fire, every and all apocalyptic language used in the New Testament, comes from the Old Testament, all of it. Thus, the scriptures interpret themselves. Every eye will see does not mean that every eyeball views an event. Christ comes to America, while all of Australia is asleep; does he now fly over there...and then to Brazil, and then to Hawaii, yes, it is silly, because men who teach this, don't know the scriptures. Here is the prophecy of John the Baptist: Isaiah 40:5 And the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together: for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it. Now, God is the one who gave this prophecy to Isaiah, thus, Gods' testimony. Did everyone, all flesh, see, John the Baptist? The answer is no, hardly anyone on the planet met John. But did the whole world know what was happening in Jerusalem? Yes Christ said he would return in the lifetime of his audience to whom he preached, establish the kingdom, and all written prophecy would be fulfilled. Thus, either he did what he said he could do, or he is a liar. How did God come in the Old Testament? What did it look like? If a person would read the scriptures, then they would know that Christ came the exact same way his Father has come to earth, many times in the scriptures. Men make it into a cataclysmic, star wars, star trek, episode. It is not. He was sent to fulfill the law. His second coming fulfilled the last Yom Kippur (Hebrews 9) and Sukkot, the "last trumpet" blown, in finality. It is finished, your friend

The 1,000yr reign happens in Heaven with those that are raptured. Judgement is given to them. To the Lord, a day is like a 1,000yrs and 1,000yrs like a day. It will be during Tribulation. Nowhere does it say on this fallen earth. His kingdom is in Heaven until He returns as a conquering king with his saints, then the Whitethrone judgement. Evil is destroyed and then the New Jerusalem on the new earth. Not one bible teacher mentions that judgement is given them. The world is going to be a mess with earthquakes etc. Dead all over the place. Is he going to create two new earths then? Makes no sense. We use a day for a year in prophecy but not with the 1,000 yr reign.
