I cut my teeth on these old hymns at a small country church. Mom and Daddy took us to church every Sunday morning and night and Wednesday night. I know almost all the words to every hymn sung here. What you learn as a child never leaves you. Precious memories.

These are the hymns that churches use to sing before: the real hymns. Today most churches don't know what they are missing. The young people today are missing to learn what a real hymn sounds like. They have message, history, poetry, music, meaning and many more qualifications. It is sad to think that in a short future many churches will sing only those called:praise songs. Many churches today called :Contemporary churches does not even use piano anymore.

I am glad to share it with you that not all churches is like that. Our church uses Godly songs which are like this. Hymns, in other words. Ephesians 5:19, "Speaking to yourselve in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord." When the Lord saved us He didn't just only established our goings but He also put a new song into our mouth. To God be all the glory!
