For the duck dish, you added chili bean paste and hoisin sauce. Doesn't hoisin sauce contain bean paste? Why both?

At 2:45, you pick up a daikon (Japanese for "big root") and call it a turnip. It is NOT a turnip. It is a radish. Also, don't say "what we call in Chinese", because there are many Chinese languages. In Mandarin, it is called "bai luóbo", NOT luóban.
