julia child, the frugal gourmet, yan can cook, the british guy with the bowtie...and then even early food network (foodtv.com) was good..taste, emeril, two hot tamales, the blond lady sara something? and my personal favorite how to boil water. I was the weird kid who didnt eat much but loved to watch cooking shows.

3:04 Did Chef Yan meet future Iron Chef Chen Kenichi and his Father?
@LoovesJf.4 жыл бұрын
@William Richmond No, they're not Chin Ken-ichi and his son. The Iron Chef Chin's restaurant is in Ropponghi Tokyo.

2:46 since when does a Szechuan (Sichuan) style restaurant employ 5:57 Cantonese speaking chiefs. And the Son's appearance is kind of sloppy 2:53, I will not be surprised to find one in a Chinese back kitchen, and I will be pretty surprised to find a chief like the father that wears a tie. You cook in Japan, and in front of the camera with one of the very few positive Chinese individuals on western media. Please, show some respect.

Chefs not chiefs. And I've seen plenty of Asian restaurants employing people from other parts of Asia. I once ate in a restaurant that did Japanese food yet every single employee was Chinese. They all spoke Mandarin.
