I think that's the reason Jesy stayed for 10 years. She knows it is not the girls' fault and they are good people. She even said it already that it is all in her head. She always compares herself to them (which understandable since it really happens due to the environment and criticisms she is always having). The main thing people need to realise is that as mixers we can have two different opinions that co exist. I am happy for Jesy because mental health is so important and she has to put herself and her well-being first. I genuinely wish her all the luck with her solo career. I’m sad for the other girls because I think they are hurt and I’m sad for myself and other mixers because it just feels like the sisterhood between all four of them that we thought was unbreakable - has slightly cracked because they don’t talk anymore. I'm probably the most unfortunate fan. I discovered little mix in March this year and went on a marathon with all their videos, songs, funny moments, x factor and everything. The most hurtful part is by the time I knew them, Jesy left followed by her drama with little mix. And now little mix goes on a hiatus. I'm not gonna comment on any controversy as even though I'm a woman of colour I'm still Indian and not black hence I won't be in a position to understand many things. However we too have been victims of racism and colonialism so I'm not entirely clueless. That being said, it hurts my heart to see the fandom get this divided. People sending death threats(both sides apply) , people cropping the girls out or Jesy out of the girls. My question is: if you all are fans since 2011(you should consider yourself lucky, look at me!) how can you all be so toxic to the girls. I only discovered them recently yet I already love them so much that I can never bring myself to actually hate them! Let's say some people find Jesy's action problematic (of course given the number of people outraged I'm not denying she didn't do anything problematic) and let's just assume some Jesy fans found Leigh Anne's liking that video problematic (I try to understand this view point as well) but tell me something, there are problematic members in family as well, sometimes your own parents or siblings are problematic, do you discard them away? No, you learn to forgive and live cause they're family. Little mix have been in your lives for 10 years( you guys have no idea how lucky you are) and suddenly how can you turn against each other and the girls this way? Where's the love? I literally discovered them yet after watching everything and understanding both sides I love them so much that I can't bring myself to hate any of them. I cried so much when Jesy defended herself through tears and cried so much when Leigh Anne defended herself. I would from now always support all 4 of them. Love them with all my heart. We'll never know exactly what happened and it's not up to us to know everything. What is important is that Jesy and LM are happy where they r right now.

It could be any number of things really. Considering what was happening to Jesy during the run up to her leaving the group it absolutely had to happen, but it was also very unfortunate it happened when it did. The girls were arguably at the height of their career, finally making it internationally and they had a lot of projects and commitments - then Jesy bailed and it has set LM back as a group. Even when you know it's the best thing for someone it can be quite hard not to feel angry or bitter about it. The other girls might've also had "carer" burnout, depending on how severe Jesy's issues were, how often it would come up and how it affected what they were doing (for example, Jesy having a panic attack at a photoshoot would've delayed the shoot for everyone and these shoots can easily take all day even on a good day) it could've been the source of quite a lot of frustration. They could be respecting Jesy's space. We don't know what lead up to those panic attacks beyond Jesy being insecure about the fact she'd gained weight during lockdown. Considering how badly Jesy has been bullied throughout her career in LM they could be distancing themselves from her so she has time to heal from that. There could also be something in their contract (or for Jesy, the conditions of her leaving) since neither the girls nor Jesy have really interacted with each other at all since she left, or they did have a huge falling out in which case they are all choosing to keep that out of the public eye and remain professional. It could even be Jesy herself. We know she's her own biggest critic thanks to the years of bullying and has unfortunately taken in a lot of the negativity towards her to the point where she actively tried to change her appearance in multiple ways in order to please other people. Maybe she feels guilty for leaving so abruptly and feels as though the girls will hate her for it even when they don't. Only the girls really know what happened. Maybe we'll find out in years to come when one or all of them decide to talk about it, or maybe we won't. That's their business.

I'm not a fan of Little Mix or Jesy, I just watched her MV and loved the song which got me curious to click this video and get to know her a little. the fact she was bullied for her weight and looks upsets me so much. Whenever I watched LM I saw beautiful talented girls who show astounding performances but haters would just pick on anything to spread their negativity. Glad she's at a happy place now, her confidence is definitely showing! No filters we love to see honest and confident women. Let's go Jesy 😌💓

it’s so happy to hear that she is happy now. i dealt with the same thing. i remember comparing myself to my skinny friends and to girls at my school. i was at a low moment in my life and just knowing that jesy went thru the same thing made me understand and love her. she will always be my idol. ik some people hate her, but y’all don’t know her. she is beautiful and if y’all hate her then keep ur options to urself.
