Yes , they’re the best and my first round trip completely A321, and first time on an jetBlue A321 Denver operated flight, always was the A320

Long takeoff roll! Sounds like you used TOGA (full throttle) power too. Must be pretty heavy and yes, taking off from about a 5,400' altitude.

SJU PLANESPOTTER I took off from DEN going to PHL on a fully-loaded A321. It was about an 8,400 foot takeoff run, and 41 seconds from maxing thrust to liftoff. Slightly shorter but pretty long nonetheless.
