When I was a wee lass I went to a cottage with a best friend and her parents for the weekend and her grumpy Da couldn't stand our music and he'd only allow us to bring one cassette for the 4 hour-one way car ride. She and I battled for an hour before leaving cuz she wanted to bring KISS and I refused to go unless we brought Jethro Tull's "Aqualung"! 🥳I💪🏻won! 🤦🏻♀️The old fart only let it play 4 songs on the hour! 🌹Thank you for sharing, I love everything👏🏻created by Jethro Tull, especially the great🎶musical💭memories.

Words to live by:: Gonna lose my way tomorrow, gonna give away my car. I'd take you along with me, but you would not go so far. Don't see what I do not want to see, you don't hear what I don't say. Won't be what I don't want to be, I continue in my way. Don't see, see, see where I'm goin', Don't see, see, see where I'm goin', Don't see, see, see where I'm goin' to, I don't want to. Everyday I see the mornin' come on in the same old way. I tell myself tomorrow brings me things I would not dream today.

I did 6 times in their best live-works era between 71 to 75, with TAAB, Passion Play, Aqualung, War Child, etc. sets usually 3 solid awe-inspiring hours--I'm still amazed! Each time was new & like for War Child...all of a sudden lights completely out & the loudest air raid sirens in pitch black rumbling the arena- then they got louder with lights flashing from 360 degrees- blew a few minds & caused a couple bad 'trips'!
