My mom's first time trying Pakistani food was a little over a year ago.
She loved it so much that she requested us to bring her to another Pakistani restaurant for more delicious dishes to try.
Check out her reaction trying Pakistani food.
We tried biryani, haleem, nihari, and chicken tika boti, and some Pakistani desserts. The food and Pakistani hospitality made her cry!!!

Pakistani American here . I have watched your Pakistani series. The desert is called Shahi Tukra. Shahi meaning royal and Tukra meaning a piece or a bite. A desert made for kings. 6:50 Even as a Paksitani, I wouldn't eat out every day due to spice level specifically. But we do eat Pakistani food almost daily (home cooked though) with very low spice level! 😀I personally alwasy find the restaurants always go on higher side of spice level.

But Steve you've gotta understand there's a bit difference in between home cooked meal and restaurants meal, I mean we live in Canada and cook at home mostly with organic spices, meat, and flour, all of my Canadian friends says It like divine food, you have tasted mostly well known famous dishes but haven't tasted, Roosted Quails Masala; Spinach and lamb with plain white rice or Roghni Naan; Smokey roasted eggplant Bharta; Steamed Masala Chicken, Lamb Champ Masala; Minced lamb Pulao; Venison Leg roast; Shami Kebab; Zarda; Kheer, Carrot pudding and 100's of other tradition items from Pakistani cuisine. I was doing my culinary diploma from Ai Dubrulle International Culinary Arts Canada and for my final project I picked Pakistani Royal specialty food; with the intense competition among Chinese, Indian, French, Spanish, Italian, and North American Cuisine and with in just 20 minutes my whole table was wiped clean, My chef declared me “May there be no comparison.” Winner. So yeah man if you know the real Pakistani food you know no other cuisine can come closer to this divine treat, Bon Appetit
