Thank you for the outtakes, they really make my day. As for favourite pens to journal, I'm very partial these days to the TWSBI Diamond with M nib because it just captures both the ink and is so smooth to write with!

I'm there for pretty much any fountain pen just because I can change out the ink to suit my mood. I like making my journals really colorful with the writing. I will say this for people that want something fairly waterproof: oil-based inks generally are water-resistant after they dry... or at least my cheap ones were when I tested them. I still suggest picking something of quality but oil-based inks, in general, seem to do the job, even the cheap ones.

Thank you for your informative videos. I really like to journal lengthy entries. I stopped for some time because it actually would hurt one of my fingers. (I started again once I used Rocketbook and Frixion pens, I don’t have to press so hard on their paper) I didn’t realize until watching your videos recently that the type of pen you use matters. I never cared for gel like pens or how ink would come out. The uniball vision elite sound perfect for me if I were to ever return to traditional paper 😊 it looks like it writes so beautifully. For now, I’d definitely consider the Frixion pens (which I’m so happy you have great content on that too) since they work with my set up at the moment.

i never understood the sakura pigma micron pens (i'm not an artist and i don't draw in my journal) but those are just so nice to write with and the ink flow and wide range of sizes are superior to other fineliners 100000000/10 would recommend

I'm "camp fountain pen" all the way, because I've not found anything else that didn't hurt to use. I like to change up my inks fairly often, so the Eco is not the best for me. I prefer vintage sac fillers of some sort or cartridge converter pens. They tend to hold about the same amount of ink, about .7 mL, which works well for me. The journal paired with the Eco, I am interested in. 😉

@@JetPens I recently went to a big city about 4 hours away where there’s a stationery store. I found some zebra sarasa, preppy platinum fp, some Schneider xpress and some yasutomo liquid stylist pens. Where I love there’s only Walmart Target and Office Depot. Sarasa vintage pens are also my favourite. Used to love the pentel energel needle tips but they’re simply not that fast on drying so it often smudges even for a right handed writer. I actually have most of these except for the fountain pen notebooks mentioned, they’re really great products!

Moleskine enlarged is my go to notebook since Miquelrius no longer has the 300 page A5 faux leather notebook. I still cry over that but its not available anywhere. For pens, I use mostly Herbin inks and Sarasa pens.

I've heard a lot about the TWSBI ECO, but I'm kinda on the fence about it. I'd prefer to get a converter for my Platinum Preppy instead of getting a whole new pen. I don't know where I got this "only one fountain pen" idea from, but I just don't want an extensive collection of them.

I would like to recommend Matador pens. They can be bought in Bangladesh and maybe you can a get a deal for it on EBay, they are great pen and come in vivid colours and even Gold! Sadly, the ink is always black, it’s *proper* black. There are the Matador Elegants and the Matador All-Times. Both have good quality

The Sakura Pigma Micron is more expensive, and less good than the Mitsubishi Uni Pin. The Uni Pin has a firmer tip, for more accuracy, and more durability, and better ink to boot.
