@@jaykelz1528 no. He is just worried about Atreus which is why he wants to stay home. He talks about it in later boat conversations. He says in the past he had nothing to lose so he went into war without a second though after his family died. Now he has a son that is still young and could be killed by the strongest gods in this pantheon which is why he wants to just lay low and doesn't want to fight.

"Feces" is a Latin / French based word that the upper class would use; not vulgar. "Shit" means exactly the same thing, but it's an Anglish word that peasants would use, so it's vulgar. You know, I get it. Atreus wanted to go out and do stuff rather than let stuff happen to him, but at the same time, he was really obsessed with being in the center of coming events, not in a arrogant or egocentric way, but after all the stuff they've seen in the last game he got into his head that he HAS to be involved and agonizes over the role he is to play. Kratos, on the other hand, doesn't want to go out and get into what he thinks are unnecessary fights, and worries about teaching his son as much as he can before his time is up. I happened to sympathize a lot with Kratos. Yes, he is falling back into isolating himself and ignoring the world around him and his place in it, but he also knows all too well the consequences of reckless action. He wanted to avoid his son making the same mistakes he did, but found the hardway that teenagers will often do what they want regardless.

Reviewers said that Atreus talks too much Perhaps he does but I experienced a bug where Atreus kept saying the same thing. So I missed dialogue about some people (spoiler free) because the bug made Atreus cut people off in mid conversation. Save the game and restart the application... Lol 😂 but it pissed me off lol

Just a tip, you're doing great so far but I see a lot of youtubers make this mistake for some reason but they don't utilize the dodge roll enough. its such a simple thing but coming from playing a lot of Monster Hunter the dodge roll is key to not taking damage.
