Yours is the first that explains the setup, balance and use of the gimbal in such a detailed and easy-to-follow way. I am still struggling with the Tilt + Top/Bottom Heavy adjustments. Tip: If you are having troubling balancing the tilt axis....there is a third factor that you can control, and that is the camera mount. Moving that forward or backwards depending on the weight of your lens can help a lot. I have the FX30 and I was pushing the axis to the limit. Once I readjusted where my camera sat on that plate, it helped a lot with balancing.

Thank you so much for this video! I just got the RS 3 Mini a few weeks ago and only really watched a video on how to balance the camera on it. My results were very disappointing. After watching this video I feel like my gimbal knowledge was increased 100x! Just showing how to change that dial to something else to stop the focus error from coming up on my Sony camera was great, but the way you explained the different follow modes is the best I've heard, and now I actually understand the differences. Plus, I know and understand how and why I would want to use the Lock Mode as well. As a long time pro photographer and drone pilot who is just adding "from the ground" video to what I want to offer clients, your video is a big first step in getting me ready to start getting video clients. This is hands down the best tutorial video on the mini I have found but there is still something that I’m having trouble with and none of the videos seem to cover it. Everytime I use my Nikon z6 and the 24-70 lens on vertical I’m not capable of using it in ptf mode and I can’t figure out why. Aside from that, thank you for your incredible video.

Hey man great video really comprehensive but I think youd really benefit from keeping things more segment For example the balancing segemnt is 8 minutes, theres a video on youtube that does it in 40 seconds. Definitely not saying to rush it that much but just shows the potential to really trim things down

Just bought one of these for my Nikon, these tutorials are an absolute bonus. One minor criticism on the gimbal is that it might have been useful if there were little thumb wheels on the arms for precise balancing. I do find moving the cradles manually along the arms tends to be a bit stiff.
