I’ve purchased two and they loose their stick quickly. I’ve done the recommended cleaning but it still doesn’t stick.

What about the warning about exposure of lead and other chemicals? Is the tip toxic or what is toxic??

Need to make the tips thicker and sell refill tip packs.. my project is 35,000+ stones I’ve already used 4 now on my 5th after about 13500 stones so far

I used mine for about an hour and the metal rod is already poking through the end. Very disappointing at A$12

This is garbage. I actually ordered it online at Joanne's and waited forever for it to arrive. I've sanded the tip like they tell you to and also used tape but it still doesn't work. I may pick up one or two gems out of 20. Dollar tree has a better one, believe it or not.

I have only used mine twice and it doesnt work again! Wouldnt recommend this tool

I brought one used it twice and the stickiness is gone. This item is trash. Don't buy it.
