Great video - thank you! I am a newbie jeweler and am looking for a way to collect both the metal dust from the bench and take the polishing debris out of my workspace caused by my lathe; Is it an either or? Do I need to separate collectors? I am only doing silver for now, so am more concerned with the health factor than the money factor of collecting silver dust. Thank you!!

debris and metal gets collected all in one. For most people, the metal shavings are too small to refine in house so when you send it out to a refinery, most of them are prepared for the scraps to be intermixed to some degree. Some refineries even take buffs for example. So just make sure to sort out between precious metals and you’ll be fine.

it would be better to have the manufacturer shop link and also hearing the sound of the machine working. personally I wanted to see inside the machine and its different parts including the filter bags.

It's not really designed for that type of work. If you have a unit that is not enclosed I would invest in a dust collector with an arm instead.
