She founded her business 'January Jewelry' from her home studio in Columbia, SC and is rockin' it - with lots of sales online, on etsy, from fairs and events and a strong following on Instagram.

Kudos to both Jessica and Melissa. I find you both so extremely inspiring. You gotta know that if you have such and influence on an old man like me you both are on to something here and that goes for both of you. My branding is going to be titled "Wild Agate". The reason is this guy wont tell me where he finds them but has promised to keep me supplied if the price is right. I never know exactly what he's going to find next. All I know is that he always surprises me with the astounding beauty of what he finds. Sorry that I see no way here post a picture of these beautiful and unusual stones.

Great video guys.I love Melissa's honesty and candidness, its very helpfull. Ive been doing beaded jewelry for eons, just started metal smithing classes and looking forward to breathing new life into my business, especially when it comes to business management.
