Prince Albert, really had beautiful taste in jewelry. The sapphire brooch, is gorgeous

The Emerald parau is stunning..i rarely like diamonds alone..they are best for framing beautiful coloured gems Same as the blue sapphire surrounded by diamonds

Thank you for this very good documentation. I love the period of Queen Victoria. The jewellery is so beautiful, most the tiaras.

Oh my all these Diamonds! And yes, all that Sparkle I love so much to watch! I also like your slow speed of talking AND the same speed of the Camera moving over the Jewels. This way one can really observe the Setting of the Jewels.

It’s well known, but unfortunately, her descendants or their consorts removed the opal stones. I don’t know if they’re archived or sold.

Great video. Wonderful sparkle to the diamonds in multiple places in the video. That isn't seen all that much in jewelry channels.

The painter Winterhalter was German. He was the most valued painter of stately portraits in Queen Victoria times like Empress Sisi of Austria (diamond star brooches portrait) or Empress Eugenie from France.

George III also celebrated a golden jubilee, and if we add non celebrated then Edward III and Henry III did as well since both reigned for at least 50 years

I wonder what did she leave her daughters. She left some much of her personal jewelry to the crown.

You left out what happened to the Beautiful Emerald tiara (you used a different name) necklace , earrings that was the first one you showed from Albert to Victoria. It is just gorgeous but I’ve never seen this so could you please tell us who ended up getting these jewels when she died? With her many daughters, maybe she gave this to a daughter, maybe Vickie?

Why not talk about their owners? The British Royal Family have a history of service to the UK and the Commonwealth, the current King , Prince of Wales Trust has transformed the lives of hundreds of thousands of people.

What about the beautiful tiaras and jewelry that was owned by the House of Romanov that ruled Russia from 1613-1917? How many starving peasants had to labor so the Romanov Imperial Family could own beautiful jewels, own property, and enjoy a lavish lifestyle?
