I lost my grandfather when I was little, he was the greatest person I know. Since he passed, I've never gotten over it. He was my only my father figure, I've been living but not really living and a whole lot of painful events. I didn't get any kind of diagnosis then but we all knew something was wrong with me especially me. I was always scared that I'll forget him and if something was really wrong with me that it'll break my mom's heart. Now that I'm in college in another city, I finally plucked the courage to get help and apparently I had depression and anxiety disorder. I'm slowly getting better. I still really miss my grandpa and I know wherever he is, he'll want me to get better
