Yea!! Mars comes off really strong. I have Sag rising and I know someone's Mars conjunct it. I thought I'd be used to the energy but I'm not. Update : I'm actually not fazed by it that much anymore. In fact, I realized there isn't that much of a difference, it seems very fimiliar to me now.

one reason could be that here are more women writing, and this combination works for most people better, if it is man`s mars and woman's asc. i noticed that some of the women are in a relationship with their mars. So i assume that the mars person is attracted too, if not more.

So most relationships start with man doing (mars) and women making an appearance (Asc.), more than the other way around. That is why I assume here writing more Ascendant women than Mars men or Mars women. When you have a couple where the woman chases the man and he is making an appearance meanwhile, there you could feel Ascendant man conjuncts woman's mars.

I feel like if it’s a woman’s mars conjunct a mans ascendent it’s sorta like love at first sight similar to mans Venus conjunct woman’s ascendent but if it’s mans mars conjunct womans ascendent than it’s absolutely FERAL. From experience the 2 men that I have experienced with this aspect are aggressively persistent and very touchy it’s almost like their hands have a magnet to my body. 😭 for my case since it’s Taurus the men are very sensual and make me feel beautiful very very loyal and possessive/jealous. Ah..not in my case. I have Mars in Virgo, and I tend to be quite attracted to women with Virgo ASC. It also doesn't help that I have Jupiter in Virgo, and Jupiter rules my 5th and co-rules my 8th (the primary sex houses). Nor does it help that the ruler of my Sun and Mercury, and co-ruler of my Venus and DESC are in Virgo. But I can be kind of shy, reserved, and slow acting when it comes to romance and sex. There have been some occasional exceptions to this rule, but funny enough, one of the most intense exceptions related to a woman with Virgo ASC. I will say overall though, I tend to be more deeply/holistically attracted to Aquarius (to a slightly lesser extent also Uranus) energy, probably indicated by Aqua Venus (square Angular Uranus) and Aqua DESC. This is strengthened since Venus also rules my Moon, and my Moon is conjunct the ancient ruler of Aquarius.

Have a someone's Libra Mars, Venus, Pluto (all conjunct) stellium within 2-4 degrees of my Libra Venus/Pluto/ascendant conjunction... Yep, he comes on extremely strong. Had an "interesting" experience with this. The ruler of her 8th, Sun, and co-ruler of her Scorpio Moon and North Node, Mars, was in Leo and conjunct my Asc to the degree, and was also opposed my Venus, ruler of my Moon, Pluto, and MC (interestingly our her Sun and my Moon were in opposite signs). In turn, my Mars was more widely conjunct her Asc and opposed her Venus Saturn conjunction in my 8th. I could tell she had a very strong attraction to me, but she masked a lot of it, most of the time (she did tell me one time in person, "I'm sorry I keep staring at you, you're just so nice to look at.." and when I was running my fingers up and down her back, neck, and back of head, she looked and seemed utterly blissed out). She has Scorpio Moon conjunct Pluto and IC with Virgo Asc, Pisces Venus conjunct Pisces Saturn, Mars in the 12th, Sun in the 8th, and Taurus South Node--she was a very secretive/hidden person in some ways, and her heart was majorly blocked when we met (via childhood trauma etc). When things started to go south, I think I also stimulated/amplified her anger and self righteousness majorly too. If that Mars red energy doesn't get channeled sexually when that is there, it will turn into anger and separativeness. This is the key to understanding the basic meaning of this overlay. Just like in Natal astrology and natal charts, the Ascendant is the amplifier of Planetary energies par excellence, above and beyond any other point in the chart (especially when conjunct the Planet), it does similar in Synastry---it really amplifies that Planet (its energies etc) in the other person. The good, the bad, and the ugly. And Mars has plenty of all the above (probably a bit more of the bad and the ugly than the good all in all). So I turned her on like no one else (her 8th ruler Mars conjunct my Asc and opposed my Venus, her Venus in my 8th etc), but she also could easily experience frustration, anger, impatience, ego/pride, ego sensitivity, and intolerance with me as well. Essentially, I powerfully stimulated and amplified the RED energy in her to the nth degree, but this at the time was a somewhat repressed energy in her, because of things that had happened to her and since she has Mars natally in the 12th. She wanted NO man to have ANY kind of power over her. I was also insanely attracted to her on all levels. Besides what I mentioned above, the ruler of my 5th and also faster moving co ruler of my 8th, Jupiter, was conjunct her Asc to the degree, with my Mars also conjunct her Asc and opposed her Venus. I really wish she didn't so let ego and fear control her in relation to me, and vice versa, I wish my ego and fear hadn't become so involved. I did truly love her in a very deep and spiritual way also (we also have a lot of Uranus and Neptune stuff, besides Jupiter, Venus, and Moon stuff). And in our composite, we had a conjunction of Sun, Venus, and Mercury in early Pisces in the 7th (late Aqua Desc) and conjunction of late Libra Moon conjunct Jupiter in early Scorpio. We could have had such a holistically beautiful relationship and connection. We could have become deeply merged on all levels.

Hopefully there is deeper and more Love based stuff going on, because so far, that is only sexual, lustful stuff, and that's not enough to sustain or fulfill a relationship long term. Venus, Jupiter, Sun, and the higher octave Planets are related to indicating deeper, more spiritual, and/or real Love based connections (well, Pluto can be quite dark and difficult, though it can indicate powerful transformative connection, but usually through intense pain/discomfort).

There are always various different contributing factors and variables. On average, it tends to be fairly mutual, but Saturn and Mercury can damp down/counter balance the sexual and romantic type dynamics on one side. While it tends to be fairly mutual, ime, it is usually the Mars person who tends to be more attracted to the ASC person in that way. Mars represents our raw, animal, sexual nature i.e. hormonal and genetic based lust and drive to procreate. The "I want" and "I desire", taking and possessing part of us. Granted, some people are not all that or even at all attuned to that, such as many asexual people. But for the rest of us, it is heady stuff. But usually in women, they will try to damp that down some for various reasons, until they feel secure or safe, or they get sufficiently turned on that they just don't care anymore. The paradox being that in a relatively straight woman's chart, it is the combo of Sun, Mars, and DESC which particularly represent what kind of partner she is most strongly drawn to. Hence, when a woman's Mars conjuncts or even is just same Sign as the man's ASC, she can be especially turned on by that man, especially if other factors support (say her Sun is in his 5th, 7th, 8th House, etc). Synastry contains A LOT of data. Not always easy to interpret. If doing a full natal chart is like putting together a 500 piece puzzle, doing a synastric chart comparison is like doing a 1500 piece puzzle, as it's more complex than just the sum of two charts linearly.

I experienced this twice as the ascendent and mars in Taurus was slow but persistent and very touchy constantly and outwardly jealous/possessive of me. It does not seem like the water Mars people are passive in any way towards me! I mean, Pisces and Cancer, tend to actually be very forward and assertive! That's with female friends that have this placement too! It's the air signs that seem to be far more passive and laidback.

My crush has his ascendent on my mars (in Libra) at 0 degree orb. But his mars in Pisces is also in my first house but not conjunct my ascendent so I wonder if the house overlay is the same way? His venus and moon parallel/conjunct my ascendent so I would assume the attraction would be mutual but I don’t know yet lol But actually at first I wasn’t going heart eyes in the very beginning, I just found him handsome. But over time, and knowing more about him I cant ever get him off my mind. Im so absorbed in him I literally lose rationality and sense. But these intense feelings are probably do to the other in intense aspects involving pluto. This aspect definitely helps though because he’s pleasing to look at and my Libra mars like that lol also the way he moves stares and just basic essence and mannerisms makes me weak , it doesn’t take much for him to turn me on 🤷🏻‍♀️ and Im not that easy to get to in this way. Imagine having this with your employer...my Mars, Venus, Moon, Sun, Uranus touch his Asc. Venus Conjunct Sun double whammy, his Sun trines my Moon and Mars, his Mars in my 7th, his Sun in my 10th. My Jupiter in his 1st house. I recognised him instantly from the photo that I would meet him even before meeting! Born on the same day but different month and year.
