I love your declutter videos! So if my jewelry continues to turn green when I clean it I should toss it?

I'm so glad! It depends on what it's made out of. Sometimes my wedding bands will turn my fingers green based on my hormones and time of the month which I never knew was a thing. If it's not fine jewelry be careful with what you're cleaning it with. A lot of cleaning can damage plated jewelry and ruin it. Depending, you may be able to clean it with vinegar to get the green off if it's on the actual jewelry. I hope that helps!

Gorjana has a lifetime happiness policy! They say on the site you can send pieces back to them that have tarnished and they will re-plate them with gold! I think it can vary whether they still have the style or not, but I would definitely message them and ask if you still want to keep some of their pieces :)

Hi...love your organizing videos! Doesn’t Gorjana have a lifetime guarantee on their jewelry and you can send it back to them to get re-dipped if it is discolored? I just bought several pieces on their Black Friday sale and I’m pretty sure that’s what the guarantee is.

I've never heard that before. I thought it more so if there was an issue with your jewelry not if it started to tarnish over time. I looked on the site and it just says if there's an issue to contact them so I might do that and see what their policy is. Plated jewelry in general doesn't last forever so I just assumed it was done for, but maybe not!

@@SarahBrithinee Hi. Yes, I thought I read this somewhere but I just called the customer service to confirm to make sure that I was thinking of this correctly. They said they do have a lifetime guarantee of the piece, and her example was that if it tarnishes, you can just contact them and they will replace the item with the same or a comparable piece. I haven’t tried this yet but I assume this would work. It’s worth a try anyway. 😊

I never really liked it to begin with - I chose it because I wanted to test out making bracelets. It’s become more than I originally thought it would be & I wanted it to be a brand I could evolve with & grow. I have a lot of big plans for the brand and WLS just didn’t feel like I was serious about growing as a brand if that makes sense!
