The thing that you couldn’t figure out what it was (@ 30:13) that were silver and black cone shaped with cords attached are attachments to a massaging unit. I’m not sure about the name but they use them at high end spas. The item you pulled out of the box @ 37:07 was the main unit that those massage cones hook into.

The machine is an ultrasonic cavitation machine and yes the corded hand pieces go with it. It us used to melt fat and tighten the skin. Target audience for that and the tanning equipment Esthetician/Aesthetician.

Interesting quality mix from very high quality (kimonos) to "ordinary" QVC bead necklaces that I recognize from having had trouble selling similar ones in the past. Lots of nice Judith Ripka as well as things with an original QVC cost of pennies by comparison. I've bought parts of two enormous collections of QVC jewelry from 2 different women who each spent well north of $50k buying fine and costume pieces. In each collection, you could see color themes, size themes, and other preferences. I don't see that in this jewelry, which leads me to think it "fell off a truck" or was from several individuals. Had it been from a boutique, I'd have expected to see a wider range of ring sizes and many more earrings. Best of luck with this; it's a one of a kind find, as you know.

At 43:58 you opened a small black box. One earring inside, marked KJL (Kenneth J Lane) is the mate to an earring that was in that big jewelry organizer (with all the small vinyl pockets) you found earlier. You were holding the first earring at 40:22. Funny that of all the MANY pieces in that organizer, you pulled out that one widowed earring, and then when you opened the green box (black lid) with a jumble of this and that, you pulled out its mate.

The machine you found that you said was for beauty, is a Cavitation Machine. It's for fat reduction and skin tightening. It uses ultrasound waves and radio frequency and infrared. Those go for between $350 - $500 for that type of home use machine. There are commercial models that can cost thousands of dollars. But they're for body sculpting and contouring.

Congrats on this awesome find! I am envious but also, it takes people like you to actually do the hard work of sorting through all of these things. Word of caution, though: I would NOT sell any of the makeup, skincare or protein powders / things that can be ingested unless this is a climate-controlled unit. Even then, it's a bit risky if you don't know how old those products are. You can make plenty without them so please throw all of those things out, they are potential safety and liability issues!
