Geez, whoever you hire as your civil rights lawyer, they are going to have a field day with this one. 1. Tow truck driver filed a police report that you threatened him with a gun - As you articulated, there’s no evidence of this and the police need evidence in-order for that charge to stick. The tow truck driver could’ve completely lied to police/dispatcher about that just to try and make his job easier. As you stated, the police didn’t even investigate the alleged crime. They came in with guns drawn to a situation that didn’t require that sort of intervention. 2. If they truly believed you had a gun, why were they telling you to go back into your house? That actually seems counterproductive if they are trying to arrest you on that charge. 3. Why did they wait until you refused to enter your home to charge you with harassment? You either harassed the tow truck driver or you didn’t. Those charges don’t just “magically” appear because you refuse to enter your own home because you certainly didn’t harass the tow truck driver between the time they told you to enter your home and then arrest you for harassment. If I were the judge, I’d scrutinize that detail with the County’s lawyers because that doesn’t make any sense at all. 4. Why did the police use tear gas? That was completely excessive force. There was absolutely no need to do that. There was nothing in this situation that escalated it to the point where anyone needed to use weapons. This felt like this was a move used by police to try and force you back into your own home and to shut you up. There was nothing legal or justified in that use of force and I think the County is gonna have a VERY hard time refuting that one in court. This entire situation feels like it’s completely retaliation. I smell so much corruption in this county. This is probably going to take years, but I could actually see your family getting a big payday out of this after criminal litigation and civil lawsuits have been filed. However, the problem is that any money you make is going to come from the taxpayers and not a single person involved with Clark County Sheriff’s Office or anyone from Clark County…so whose going to stop them from doing this crap again unless people start voting in people who will start holding these corrupt officials accountable.

I try not to comment to much, so I don't jeopardize my case. It is currently in litigation. Tow truck drivers did not follow state laws and rules, and after they were told by me to leave they refused, they didn't want to loose to me. They then made a false police report stating that I paraphrase "shoot and kill them if they don't leave". No gun was present. And due to fact I have history with Clark County Sheriff, they used the repo and the report as pretext to retaliate. I posted extended video on Facebook.
