Naturally Bhagwat Gita became popular among masses in india after europeans translated and understood. Reason is simple, everything in Hinduism was in control of a particular few in priestly caste, they never cared about explaining about Gita or any Hindu philosophy to masses they were happy ensuring their caste domination continues. How come Mr. Jeyamohan refuses to acknowledge this ?

Lol Nayakkars who ruled vast South India were feeding horses before that period - they would be called dalits today. Caste narrative is total propaganda today. It was never that hierarchical. This speech itself explains why it was not read by the masses. You haven't even listened fully.
