Air-1 is ruining basically every video recently... I think that they use a Bell 206 which costs around a million and costs $500 an hour to run so it's kinda crazy that air-1 keeps getting destroyed and they just come back within like 10 minutes plus they're supposed refuel every 5 minutes which they never do. Even if we excuse all that the camera on Air-1 locks on to the CIV even f they're inside a building or under a bridge or in a tunnel etc plus the thermal camera only sees real players so they know exactly who to watch which is SUPER unlegit. I think Air-1 should be banned until a script or something is created to make it more legit.

They should only pull AirOne out for a 10-80/10-70 or a high risk 10-30 that’s it, it ridiculous that it’s running radar and patrol the county. The amount of money that would cost irl to keep the bird up 24/7 is ridiculous

Air 1's been pretty ridiculous lately. Either he was looking at his own speed, or he's making some bullshit up. Also, in that episode with Buggs and Polecat trying to steal that car and getting into a shootout there were no ground units near Buggs for like 20 minutes, and the helicopter never stopped to refuel.

EasyWayOut1 I know that was most likely what happened but he should have knew something was wrong when he caught so many cars doing over 150 and I know those do not do 150 on the road and he should know that too. and the cop at the end even said it was probably 120 but no one knew for sure so they shouldn't have gotten charged with it. I know its just a game so it doesn't really matter but the helicopter guy should have known and so should have the officers when they heard that

Air One is starting to get way out of hand. It’s starting to piss me off. They’re in every single episode and they’re WAY TOO overpowered. They have thermal which can see through buildings and walls, and AI doesn’t show up on thermal, and they NEVER refuel. They should change the thermal system to where it can’t see through buildings and AI has thermal, too.

I feel like there needs to be a redo on the rules for Air 1. It's useful in certain situations but in some episodes, they don't follow the rules or don't relay the right info. Also it's stupid to be arrested for going excess 150 when you really weren't and then you're told "Well maybe it was an exaggeration. 120 is probably the actual speed."

Great video Jeff, I enjoyed it. My only gripe was the whole Air1 debacle. I mean come on, not only did they apparently get a BS speed on you, but he also refueled...at a military base. Air1 refuels should be limited only to Mission Row PD station for city ops(Or the Airport), or Sandy Shores/Grapeseed airstrips for Blaine county. No way in hell would a military base let a PD heli use their fuel. If the PD heli has to follow Zancudo Air Space regulations, then it certiantly shouldnt refuel at it either

I thought they used to have a rule that it could only go up for certain reasons, like if a cop was killed. It was a reasonable rule and only fair that it goes up for deadly situations like that. I've noticed over the past couple months that it's become overused and can take the fun out of certain scenarios. Not to mention if they still have FLIR, its just way OP.

I get it that a heli in the air is somewhat realistic but with how prevalent it is now its getting crazy. This could have been a fun as hell episode to watch.. and it lasted really only nine minutes if you add in the intro.

It's too bad there isn't a refueling mod or some other mod that only allows it to fly for 15 minutes at a time and requires 5 to 10 minutes on the ground before going back up. That'd be a reasonable way to limit it. That way, it'd only be in the air when they absolutely need it to be.
