As a First Officer at a regional, I have to deal with those kinds of people fairly often. Whenever there are maintenance/weather delays I always try to emphasize to the passengers that we want to get there as bad as they do, but we have no right to put anyone’s safety at jeopardy for profit. Usually the vast majority of pax understand, although there’s always a few that will continue to cause issues and say we’re “lying”. Fortunately the good moments far outweigh these occasional problems!

I hate that. I work for southwest at sky harbor and was working that day. The guy lost his life and there were people still complaining hours after that happened. Karen's are irritating! Glad you made it back home safe.

The cup and xfinity champ was awesome! Me and my friend were routing for Hemric the entire way through. Gotta say, what a send that was by him, very well timed and executed, My other friends who are Penske fans however, They went on for hours about how cindric was way better and needed the champ. The cup race was decent, as a Truex fan I was disappointed that he was 0.338 behind Larson AND CLOSING if he had a few more laps…He surely would have gotten there.
