This whole video was therapeutic, Jeff you and I are a similar age, both a relatively poor and traumatic childhood, but still have different views, opinions, and experiences. I truly enjoy this type of video, it opens my eyes to just trying to see or think things differently. I also feel the same about success, we start making a good living and it just seems like they just want to take more. One thing I am realizing, I like my job, its a great company, but I don't "love" what I do and it might be time to start working towards something new. Thanks for showing off 1.40, so excited to set it up later this week after work week is over.

The best piece of advice I was ever given in my extremely short trucking career was to get as close to the trailers as possible when you're looking for your dock (no matter which side you're coming in on, driver/passenger). That allows you a lot of room to start your swing out so you can start backing maneuvers. Once your mirror hits the midpoint of the docking space, start your turn out to 45 degrees and start backing! Excellent dock, Jeff.

I've never felt like I've related to someone more until I watched this video. I have never really been able to articulate my thinking and this hits it right on the head. There was a point in my life also where I was going through a break up and got into some trouble and it took a while to get over the setback but I manifested what I wanted to do with my life and everything slowly has started falling into place. I married my beautiful wife, got my dream job as a 911 dispatcher, and just bought a house (I was homeless so many times as a kid), all in a matter of a couple years and I'm only 23... I had people doubt me along the way but I knew every time I put something out into the universe it would come back. The mindset got me through working the minimum wage job that I hated and got me to where I wanted to be. It's powerful, and Jeff maybe you have some insight but I keep asking myself "what's next?" I'm humble as can be but feel as if I'm not satisfied and there always has to be the next pursuit in life. Thanks for this video!

something that really helped me a lot to clear my head is driving, im a big car guy, spend way to much of my time learning the ins and outs of certain motors, power potential, chassis potential etc, and so when i got my license ,driving, and subsequently (which is super dangerous and dont suggest) speed, and because i live in Atlanta there isn't just open roads during the day so i got into "cat and mouse" racing which is basically racing in and out of traffic doing your best to keep up/ lose the person youre following/ chasing, and i got really good at that, i mean youve never seen a kia soul move like i could make a kia soul move 😂 again dont suggest this but it taught me a lot about high speed inputs and judging gaps, but once you get pulled over for 117 in a 65 at 17 and the officer gives you a break, you chill on the traffic racing (and then i get pulled over for 85 which is normal in Atlanta and i got a fuck ton of court dates and that old judge tried to take my license when i wasn't going fast enough for that be a possible punishment... anyways). as ive gotten older and learning more and more about actual car culture instead of just cars, and things like the midnight club in japan i really liked how they did things, very "safe" controlled racing at night for top speed, who could build the all out fastest car to race down a basically empty highway only putting yourself at risk, so the more and more me and my friends built out cars and matured away from the whole traffic thing, once and a blue moon blasting down the empty atlanta highways was really therapeutic, theres nothing like being side by side at 160 watching the street lamps turn into solid lines of light and in that moment, although fast and crazy was also bliss, calmness, numbness if you will and you take those moments and cherish it instead of chasing it, its still super dangerous and not a good idea but if youve done it you know what im talking about, instead of chasing that feeling you hold onto it, it humbles you in a way, you got the speed out now cruise, in out dream cars, living a single life and not wasting it away at a desk job, the sounds of a 4g63 and an rb26 roaring, to smoothly driving, with the slow methodical shifts, pretty street lights and sky scrapers lighting up the sky as you enter back into the city, there's nothing other then you, your car, and your friends. (still hella dangerous and i do not condone breaking any laws)

Hey Jeff @15:00, I agree with you, nothing wrong with doing a bit of self meditation. I do it frequent myself. Sometimes we need to reflect on ourselves and have to get ourself back on track. My brother gave me a book about the British SAS and some tactics that you can use within the normal world. One of these tactics helped and still helps me a lot. The have this, what they've been taught when they get in to a dire situation, to take a step back ''Breathe, Recalibrate, Deliver''. Which in an essence means to take a couple deep breaths, get your senses back and basically sum up to yourself (depending on the situation at hand), what needs priority. Then focus on that what needs to be ''fixed'' first, aka 'Deliver''. This has helped me during the time when my mother passed in June 2020 of a sudden heart attack. That entire day still repeats through my mind, it has such a huge affection on how I live my life now. Fighting myself at occasions, where I find it troubling to sometimes run in to things that where ''hers'', or even at times ''seeing'' her at the places she used to stand around at for a cigarette or so. Life is tough, and I realized that it can change in a moments notice. Before you're aware of it, something you love dearly can be taken from you, something you spend a lot of time on, could've changed. And with how 2020 rolled out, as you know itself, it changed a lot of things. I started to appreciate that what I have rather than what I really want. Such alike your channel that even though, these days, things are a bit more neutral on my end, still helps me to recalibrate myself again.

Hey Jeff. Love your videos and how open you are about your life. Unlike others that only share their best moments to let everyone know what a great life they have, you also let us in on the darker moments and how you got through it. That is very rare these days and I take my hat off to you. Having said that, as someone who is deeply into quantum mechanics I have to object to the sentence "Time doesn't exist". If that were true then there would be no space...and that would be problematic ;-) Keep up the great work. I watch all your videos and they are my go-to to unwind after a long day.

I love your ramblings and openess, Jeff. You're a good dude. And yes, happiness is (often !) a choice, a mindset. Especially when you don't have to worry about money too much. Hey ! This game looks even better, again.

Damn the lighting and night driving is so amazing with this update. Can't wait to give it a go! Thanks for showcasing it Jeff. I can't believe I didn't know this about law of attraction but after hearing you explain it, it has really put it into perspective of what I've been trying to do with my life after the major hurdle I ran into last year (Won't mention what but you and a few others know what it is and it put me in a dark place). Thank you for speaking on this and I guess....Enlightening me on it as I never really knew about it but noticed changes since I made these changes in my life starting after that dreadful event.

they definitely nailed the night lighting, the way the street lights and tail lights can fill the cab like it would in real life, really great job they did on this update, the high beam use to be just absolutely comical ,so bright and unrealistic now looks so good

Jeff, you're right...3 yrs ago me and my wife were living in an 800 square foot apartment. I vividly remember looking for spare change to put gas in the tank to get to work. Today I live in a 3,400 square foot home that I mortgaged. I bought my wife a new car and 8 months later bought myself a brand new 2020 suv. it sure beats negative thinking.

I enjoyed hearing your take on meditation, life view, and outlook, etc. I think you are certainly on a far more positive path for yourself than many are, and that's what matters I think! Personally, I'm a rationalist, so you could say that my "law of attraction" will always attempt to be grounded and rooted in science. In fact, culturally I would say your "law of attraction" viewpoint is a very American one actually, and that it's fascinating to me how someone from a different place may have a different opinion based on their culture and be no more right or wrong. I would never equate a personal "astral projection" experience to be spiritual or proof of forces beyond our comprehension, but having never experienced one either I can't discount it! I would probably equate it to a dream-state fuelled by really inward focus in our brains. When I was young I didn't sleep enough over a weekend, and something slipped in my brain and I spent a whole week in a sleep-walking state in the hospital during which I suffered hallucinations and short-term memory loss until I was rested. So my point here is that our brains are just so weird and complex! I do believe though in the power of meditation and what I hear more often called "Mindfulness", which is what you talked about here. It is vitally important in our increasingly busy and stressful world that we take time to sit in our animal brains for a second and really focus on what our current stressors are and how we may go about figuring them out, this is true sentience and separates us from the apes tbh. I also agree that one's outlook on life will seem to impact what actually happens to you. An optimist will always say that fewer bad things happen to them because fewer things affect their mood compared to a pessimist experiencing the same events. I believe Luck exists, but not as a supernatural force, it is the title we give to someone for whom the dice of probability have rolled favorably more often, but an Optimist will always seem luckier than a Pessimist by nature. Idk, it's a massive topic! And definitely a great one for night-time driving. Thank you for sharing your side :)

Jeff, you talking about the meditation and law of attraction was very interesting! It opened my eyes and I really thought about how I envision myself and for example my KZbin channel. And I don’t think very highly of myself and wake up with negative feelings like you mentioned, so I’m gonna give meditation a shot and look more into it I’d like to take this stress off of me and live my life how I want to live it.

You're a great dude Jeff, always nice to hear you go full wholesome mode. I know where you're coming from with the "law of attraction" philosophy. People have a surprising amount of social nuance between them when we interact, you tend to carry whatever mindset you have at any given moment and communicate it unintentionally through body and spoken (or written!) language. It absolutely gets picked up and responded to. If you stay receptive, and carry positive assumptions with a positive outcome, it can help mould a situation into the best one it can be. Sometimes you just gotta strut the boots until they wear in. :P Sometimes you'll run out of energy, and there will be things you can't affect (alone), but it's not an excuse to give up across the board. Believe in yourself and be open to pleasant surprises! PS: PRETTY GRAPHICS WOWIE
