Yes! Even though you have to be flying Delta same day, it is still a great Delta Reserve benefit (which also includes Sky Club access). I was a little sad it wasn't mentioned with the other eligible cards.

Hey Sebby - long time follower and YT lurker/supporter. Just wanted to clarify on the last minute of this video: all of the major US airlines (UA, AA, DL, AS) all offer complimentary upgrades to all levels of their elites. That is not specific to Delta. And no instruments are necessary to clear them. I know you guys are Delta fans, but saying that Delta is the only one that upgrades low-level elites without a cert is inaccurate. Love that JFK Centurion Lounge! ✌️✅

When do you ask for an upgrade if you have bought your tickets in advance? or do you do it when when purchasing the airline tickets? To get the upgrade. Do you go to check in first? Ask stewardess when you board? Ask Boarding Concierge? Need to know how to strategize on asking for an upgrade. Don't want to embarrass myself and ask the pilot for an upgrade 😁

Upgrades automatically happen if you have airline status and there's available room. If you don't have status, you'll never get upgraded (for free).

Definitely the best centurion lounge I’ve been to. The food is always on point and they even have showers available as well. I always arrive extra early just for I can relax here.

Beautiful lounge. It's unfortunate that they are changing the guests policy starting 2/1/2023 to $50/guest or $30 for children. (Unless you spend $75,000 in eligible purchase in each calendar year...)

Just thought I'd point out that irrespective of what terminal your flight takes off from at JFK, you can use your boarding pass to clear TSA security at the terminal which has the lounge you want. Depending on whether the terminal is connected air-side to the terminal of your departure gate you may need to re-clear security though.

Been to this lounge about 6 times and the food selections were great the first 3 times. Prime rib, chicken milanese, and other fine dishes. The last 3 times have been mediocre and nothing memorable. The coffee is by Irving Farms and it is excellent.

This lounge sucks unless you are flying out of terminal 4. It's post security so if you are flying out of another terminal, you have to go through security at T4, then go back out, ride the train, and then go clear security at another terminal. That process takes over an hour unless it's 3am in the morning or something. So kinda useless unless you wan to check in like 5 hours early or you have a long layover.

Yup. Thankfully I fly Delta but it's a PiTA otherwise. Amex Business Plat covers Clear so that and Global Entry would help you out.
