Thank you for doing this series! The anniversary shows peeked my interest and I remembered this series. Would be interested in more and about Connelly. I thought for sure the way the matter went to the back of the vehicle, laws of motion would make sense it came from front/right.

From what you are saying, Doc, it sounds like (if there's not one already in place,) that there should be a set of policy and procedures specifically aimed at forensic management of an assassinated US president, since we now have more ability to extract data from the decedent now. That's kind of the takeaway I get from 1963. Please do discuss Gov Connally's injuries as it affects the event as well when you feel compelled to do so.

Could you review Connelly’s wounds next? The Zapruder film is too fast to view angle he was sitting at when hit. Could a bullet go through Kennedy’s back, Connelly’s chest, Connelly’s wrist and still have power to go into his thigh?

I will review Connally’s wounds. To answer your question, a bullet fired from a rifle could definitely cause all the damage in both men. I watched the Zapruder film closeups again, and if you watch it you can see Connolly wince in what appears to be pain almost immediately after Kennedy puts both of his hands at his throat, responding to the throat GSW.

Thank you! I would’ve loved to see the autopsy pictures but totally understand the reasoning behind not being able to post them. This has always been so controversial, I’m so glad you did this to help clear the muddied waters that the American people have been treading all these years.
