JFK shooting witness: nurse recalls day President Kennedy was shot in Dallas

As America begins a month-long outpouring of remembrances on the 50th anniversary of the shooting of President John F Kennedy, a nurse who was at the Parkland Memorial Hospital on November 22 1963 recalls checking in vain for the president's vital signs and offering comfort to his widow.
