I had been seeing stuff about J Flowers. After watching your videos I pulled the trigger. I bought the soft case - blue and I LOVE it!!! I also bought the break cue - BRKR (Leather) - AWESOME POWER BREAKS!!! Plus I bought the jump cue - JMPR - Still learning but I am making major progress as this is REALLY good!!!! I have now added a target ball instead of just jumping over a ball. I have made a few! They should give you a HUGE THANKS!!!!! I DO!!!!!

Whoa Larry!!! You went all in. I think for the price you can't go wrong. My friend Andrew who hooked me up with the cue and case showed me the new breaker. Very nice. I purchased one and absolutely love it. A few things I would like to see changed is make the lid flip open away from zipper storage. Then put the top carrying handle on top of the lid then make the shoulder strap a little narrower. But for $99 for the way it is is an unbelievable value. Great quality with tons of storage.

You know what that's a great point you make about which way the lid opens. I take my cues out and put them together...then I'm forced to turn the case over on the table to access the major storage in the strap. Considering that my Jumper handle is in the storage and my Jumper shaft is inside with my cues...I do find it annoying. I have to repeat the process when putting them away so I do wish that I could put everything away with out flipping the case. But like you, I do feel the value you're getting for the price is unmatched👍👍

But if the design has a flaw, it's not a great design. This post is from 2 years ago, in 2 years they have gone from correcting that error. So I see little interest in improving what they do. They have the TUFF model, I don't know why adding outside pockets and zippers raises the price so much. That model is well made and is the one I will surely buy. The other one, well, honestly, I would remove it from my line, otherwise I'm going to improve it. But hey, it's not my company.

The pocket where you put the cues in, you can tighten it. Just pull its tighter with the gadget. I also have this bag but in blue. I have it more then a year and it still looks like new, no damage at my bag at all. I also love this bag, because its so light and has many pockets

Can you tighten it? and can you loosen it? And if it comes loose and you don't realize it, it can open on its own and you can be robbed. It's easier for them to steal a taco when your back is turned. This wouldn't happen if they were zippers. It just seems like a bummer to me.

What is the reason for putting that type of opening precisely where it needs to have the most protection. Are they aware of how easy it would be to go behind you, open the lid and steal a taco? However, with zippers that option is more difficult. For me it is a huge mistake. Not to mention, if it comes out through the adjustment area (why do I want that adjustment area there?) the lid opens.

Are you referring to the clasp that holds the lid closed? If you are it really isn't that easy to open. It takes two hands. No one would be able to sneak up behind me to steal my cues

I respect your position but I think I represent a growing mass of players that have a problem with pricing in the sport we love. Go down the list. Over 20 for a piece of chalk...cue prices considering that they're not hand made and yes...pool case prices! In economics there is the concept called 'The law of diminishing returns.' How much is a zipper and warranty worth? How much money does a consumer spend before the benefits offered by the product start to wain and the money begins to be wasted? This isn't a condemnation of JB cases. But JB certainly represents one of the top price ends in the pool case market. I love my JFlowers case and it's still going strong. Also it was three times cheaper in price than a JB case. So again I ask myself, "Does a zipper and warranty justify paying three times more?" This is my struggle. You obviously think it does and I respect that👍

Great review. Looks like a really nice case. I play with a 30inch shaft and with a joint protector it's 31inch. Do you think it would fit in this case? Thanks for the info.

My playing shaft is 29 3/8" and 30 1/4" with the joint protector. Once fully placed into the case it's still recessed 5/8's of an inch from the top of the case. Then there's still a little room in the flap that covers the cues. You would have plenty of room. Thanks for watching and the question.👍👌
