I'm really loving shadowing you as you speak. But the more i listen to the natives the less i understand how to come up with the pronunciation. I catched for many times that some particular sound, like "ae" for instance is really pronounced the more ways than one of two, even five. Even if it has only transcription. I heared almost dozen versions of ''man" "than" "that" and something. Even though, i enjoy of learning english the more i advance in this. Thank you!

I think that's normal. The BEST athletes (C2 level) spend most of their time practicing the basics (A1 level). Students need to do the same.
