Yeah I've had this fear since i was a kid- i was an anorexic skinny kid up until around 14 years old so I always had the fear of essential being stalked and picked out, basically this! It gets the feeling pretty right along with the massive hallucinations lol. I still have the feeling but it doesn't really manifest in real life situations anymore, I get it alot with sleep paralysis! Especially since I sleep on my first floor at the front of the house 💀 but I'm a big boy, so I mostly just think I need to be strong enough to beat a mfrs ass if I do get stalked 🙏 plus I'm not skinny anymore which helps with self confidence, good Minecraft mod.
