Ella giammai m'amo/Dormiro sol HAS to be the best bass aria. O Isis is gorgeous, and Osmin impressive, but for show piece value, sheer beauty, vocal demand, and the mark of a great basso, the Verdi wins for me.

The best version of Cinta di Fiori is sung by Exzio Flagello on the first Suthetland recording. The Pinza versio of Si la riguer is indeed the best.
