सबसे पहले जिन लोगों के सीआरपीसी 125 कैसे 10 साल से पुराने हो गए हैं भाव तारीख पर तारीख पढ़ते पढ़ते हुए 10 साल या उससे अधिक समय हो गया है! क्योंकि जो पत्नी या पति कोर्ट केस के 10 साल से एक नहीं हुए तो कोर्ट को भी यह समझना चाहिए कि उनकी सुलाह अब नहीं हो सकती इसलिए उनके फैसले पहल के आधार पर होने चाहिए क्योंकि उनकी उम्र आधी तो कोर्ट कचहरी में ही बीत गई है , उन्हें भी आगे जिंदगी जीने का हक है , ताकि वह भी समय पर आगे अपना कुछ सोच सके और अच्छा लाइफ पार्टनर ढूंढ सके !

Court mein wo police station section ke junior se milo 500 rs dedo date bada dega....time milega aapko sochne ka....fir 482crpc mein jaao...aur vakeel bada chota mat sochna....vakeel imandar hai ki nahi wo dekho warna unnecessary kharcha karwayega
