Sir, my son and all 5 of our family members have been falsly accused in a DV case. Interim hearing is on next date. The wife has filed the income affidavit suppressing her employment status, income and assets she holds. In the mean time using Online RTI I got positive response of her employment & salary details.I also got copies of a number of sale deeds on her name. Now my question is should my son file petion u/s 340 on the next date submitting along all the deeds and RTI response that we are in possession? ...thank you

Saare court female ke paksh mein kaam karte hain, badi chinta hai court ko der hone ki, pati ka time aur paisa barbaad hota hai uski jimmedari legi kya court, agar case fake paaya gya toh saara paisa vaapis dilaya jayega aur jitna samay kharab hua utne hi samay ki jail ladki aur uske pakshkaron ko hogi kya, vahan judge kyon chup rehte hain, sach mein purush pratadna jhelne ke liye bana hai jabki sabse jyada tax bhi vhi bharta hai aur badle mein kanoon ka dogulapan jhelta hai!

Nahi bhai aisa nahin hai koi aurat ke favour mein nahi hai kanoon ,bus wo to judge ke mood pe depend karta hai,main khud ek aurat hu but mujhe kisi case mein relief nahi mila ,tab mujhe bhi feel hota hai ki log galat bolte hain aurat ke favour mein kuchh nahi hai garib log is sab se door rahen bus

meri wife ne alag hone k naam par 5 lakh le liya as she mentioned she dont want to go the court , once i paid she complaint in police , main divorce nahi dena chahta but main usake ghar nahi jana chahata , i asked her 100 time to come but now she is lying about beating and all ... in last 11 month we have good sensual talk over phone and video but she never met in this despite i was sick and she visited near fair
