Sir Agar wife ne disclose nahi kia hai ki marrige ke pehle woh depression ka treatment le rahi thi. Uss therapist ka written proof nahi hai but wife ne call recording me confess kia hai ki paise transfer karvaye the uske treatment ke liye kisi dusre se loan leke. And woh paise ke UPI transaction ka proof hai. Toh kya ye proof bann sakta hai cruelty towards husband ya mentally unstable hone ka ? And kya iske basis pe divorce lia jaa sakta hai ? Also, roz Marra ki zindagi me stress ya chote quarrels ke vajah se kabhi woh apne ghar vaalo ko boli hai suicide kar legi, uske ghar vaalo ne phone pe kaha suni ki, husband ke ghar pe aake pehle chillaye and mamla pura malum padne ke baad bolte hai choti si baat hi toh thi ab ye sab bhul ke aage bhado. Does that not amount to cruelty? Proof that nothing major happened to push her to suicide and it was more of threatening by her than actual, is in form of camera recording in living room and audio recordings of various instances

These are impossible to prove if wife is sick this is duty of husband to treat from a good doctor.Every disease is curable.

What if something cannot be cured permanently? Suppose she had depression before marrige for whatever reason, and then in 6-7 months only she got married without disclosing.. Now over small domestic quarrels she behaves in an inhumane way.. Every parent of female or females will point out that the husband should be keeping her happy, But no one will ever say that it was such a small thing and the girl over reacted and she should be managing stress perhaps in a better way. No one will acknowledge that maybe her depression was never cured. What is the guarantee that in future if husband and wife have kids then she might not go into adversities, which will then not only impose threat on husband but young kids as well ? Women have various provisions in each law, but what about a man and his family in these cases ? What law protects them or punishes the women for unjust behaviour ?

Depression is curable.Due to physical and mental torture wife may be in depression.Court should check all facts and after that give judgement.

Obviously court does look into the circumstances, But most of the times it's the women that get the advantage. She will say I was cured and again got depressed because of them, where is husband's protection to this ? She will even term the smallest stress which she faced, which normally everyone faces in day to day life may it be because of overthinking, because of office work, maybe because of household work, and terms that as something that pushed her to depression and blames the husband. How is husband suppose to defend? Obviously people will say to husband that when you are not wrong, fight it out. The problem is the damage done during that litigation will affect personal life and mental health of husband, shouldn't he be compensated by wife or if wife incapable then by her family ?? There is not provision like this. But if you reverse the genders, there are numerous judgements on monetary compensation given by husband to the wife. How is this fair ? Depression is curable but if the instances occour repeatedly after marrige, does this not mean that it hasn't cured ???? The question then arises, 1) who will now take care of monetary part of this whole therapy for something that she had even before marrige and never disclosed? 2) suppose in this instability, wife feels better to live with her family while she gets herself cured.. what is the husband supposed to do with his life ? His golden period is ruined. 3) if she stays in husband's home while being cured, and takes any adverse step or provokes husband or family members, or behaves in an insane way, what can be done to contain her ? Because at that point even if you go for stopping her in the most sane way, she can still file a domestic voilence on you. But in reverse the husband and family member don't have any protection.
