JH to LEVIATHAN deep cave system castleton

Join us as we explored JH cave system in castleton making our way down vertical shafts over 60m in height to reach the well know 'LEVIATHAN'.
JH connects to the titan system which is the biggest known cave shaft at 141.5 metres (464 ft)deep.It also connects to the show caves of castleton 'Speedwell cavern' and 'Peak cavern' also known as the devils arse.

Peak Caving Club is a Derbyshire based caving club with members from all over the UK.
Our community (now over 1000 strong and growing!) welcomes both new and experienced cavers providing opportunities to learn, share and enjoy the underground spaces beneath our feet safely.
We host trips every weekend and plenty midweek around the Derbyshire area to keep our members busy.
There's also regular trips throughout the year taking us to hotspot caving locations across the UK such as the Yorkshire Dales, Wales, the Mendips and many more.
