Yummm! ❤😋😋😋just don’t cook tomato and citric acid containing stuff too long In an Iron Kadhai, dear Kabitaji- it will give you a metallic taste and will absorb the iron, specially if it’s not been treated and conditioned before with oil n used for long , and if it is a New iron Kadhai! 😊 so cook only quick short time tomato based recipes if you Absolutely need to - otherwise cook in non stick enamelled kadaahi or stainless steel for good health !
