पहले आप इस वीडियो को देखिए. एक महिला लोको पायलट ट्रेन को पटरियों पर तेज रफ्तार में सरपट भगाती नजर आ रही है. अब आप सोच रहे होंगे कि इसमें ऐसा क्या नया है. दरअसल, जो महिला लोको पायलट ट्रेन चला रही है वह आदिवासी समुदाय से आती है. नाम रितिका तिर्की है. 27 वर्षीय रितिका तिर्की वंदे भारत ट्रेन चलाने वाली पहली महिला आदिवासी लोको पायलट बन गई हैं. दंगल फिल्म का वो डायलॉग तो आपने सुना होगा. म्हारी छोरियां छोरों से कम है के. रितिका तिर्की इस संवाद को सही साबित कर रही हैं. बेटियां, हर क्षेत्र में अपना परचम लहरा रही हैं. झारखंड की आदिवासी बेटी रितिका तिर्की ने भी अपनी प्रतिभा, मेहनत, समर्पण औऱ लगन की बदौलत भारत की पहली अत्याधुनिक सेमी-हाईस्पीड वंदेभारत ट्रेन चलाने का मौका हासिल किया है. गौरतलब है कि लोको पायलट रितिका तिर्की टाटानगर रेलवे स्टेशन से पटना तक चलने वाली वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस ट्रेन चलाने पहली आदिवासी महिला बन गई हैं.

Ritika Tirkey was driving the Vande Bharat train running between Tatanagar and Patna. Ritika Tirkey, who became the first female tribal loco pilot of Vande Bharat train, is very happy. Ritika says that she used to drive goods and passenger trains earlier. Now she has got a chance to drive the Vande Bharat train as well. Ritika has thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for this.Ritika says that this is a big opportunity for her. She will try to do her work in a better way. Ritika also says that I had never even dreamed that I would ever drive the country's most modern and high-speed train Vande Bharat.
On the other hand, Senior DCM of Adra Division Vikas Kumar said about Ritika that it is the result of the policy of the Government of India and Railways that today a woman has become the pilot of Vande Bharat. However, after driving the Vande Bharat train, Ritika said that the facilities of Vande Bharat train are better than other trains. The pilot cabin is fully air-conditioned and there is also a good toilet facility in it. The speed of this train is 160 kilometers per hour, while the speed limit of the track is 130 kilometers per hour.Happiness was clearly visible on Ritika's face and many railway employees and officers were wishing her. In this connection, Chief Minister Hemant Soren has also congratulated Ritika Tirkey on social media. This journey of Ritika is not only inspirational for her but also for other women and tribal society of Jharkhand.
